Hôtel Lac Carling Golf & Spa

Très bel emplacement, le site est magnifique. L'hôtel est plutôt vieillissant et les installations inscrites sur leur site internet n'y sont plus en réalité. Mauvais entretien du SPA.

Superbe hôtel, très propre, à decouvrir

The property needs some work. The gym had broken equipment. It said there an indoor space for basketball but there wasn't, just normal wear and tear that the public could see.

The staff was terrific, hotel beautifully kept, staff very helpful and friendly, beautiful spot, lots of activities for the kids the outdoor rink was a big hit, and in great shape outdoor bonfires, clean quiet just beautiful

The food was good and there was a lot of choice for breakfast. Great hotel. Great view. The pool was nice. Employees were very polite. There is no shower gel though. Only shampoo.

Very nice And friendly staff. old fashioned hotel but can enjoy safe, quiet, clean living environment And experience. Yummy Continental breakfast included. Fees are transparent. Highly recommended!

It’s a nice Hotel, but during week in winter no restaurant. Staff is super friendly.

The property and its surrounding areas are gorgeous, with comfortable rooms and excellent staff. The breakfasts were well done. It has been a pleasure visiting it, so we will visit again.

My recent stay at Hotel Lec Carling turned out to be a huge disappointment, and I feel compelled to share my experience with fellow travelers. Firstly, be aware that the hotel is situated in a very remote location, with the nearest town featuring any shops or conveniences a good 20-minute drive away. While this in itself wasn’t an issue for me, it did set the stage for a less than ideal stay. The major problem we encountered was with the housekeeping services – or rather, the complete lack of them. We spent three days exploring the beautiful Quebec City, expecting to return to a clean and tidied room. However, to our dismay, we found our room exactly as we had left it – beds unmade and no sign of any cleaning. It is basic hospitality to ensure a guest’s room is clean, especially when they have been away, and Hotel Lec Carling failed miserably in this regard. For anyone expecting a luxury stay, this is definitely not the place for you. In fact, if you’re expecting even basic hotel standards of cleanliness and service, I would advise looking elsewhere. It feels like a rip-off to pay for a hotel room and not receive the fundamental services that should come with it. On a slightly positive note, the hotel does have a picturesque golf course. However, this small perk does not make up for the overall poor standards and lack of maintenance in the hotel. It is clear that the management has neglected basic aspects of guest satisfaction, resulting in a terrible stay for us. 1/5
