Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park

I was not impressed with Trip.com and Doubletree. I prepaid through trip.com to get 5% off and then the hotel charged me. So I paid twice for not such a nice hotel. Doubletree states that trip.com did not pay them. So I am out 118.00.

The hotel itself was fine. It was pretty pricey for the size of the room. I paid $200/night and my room was quite small.

It was super easy to check in. The hotel was very clean. It was nice and quiet, so we were able to sleep well. I thought the bed was very comfortable. A nice bonus was the pillows were large and very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again!

They should ask as check in if you want your room cleaned and items refreshed as check in vs it not happening and they telling you after the fact when it doesn’t happen. They should also have supplies at the front desk if you need something

The property requires that you request the day before if you would like your room cleaned or restocked the day before but they do not inform you of that at check in, then when I requested coffee from the front desk, I was informed they did not have any supplies to restock for my room. Paid the same price every day but did not receive the same room supplies

Very confident to downtown Greeley and across the street from the venue at which we were seeing a performance.

This is a nice property for Greeley and it’s in great location downtown. Friendly staff and a conveniently located restaurant/bar inside the property. Hard to believe, but this property is still applying the CO-19 cleaning service protocols. Therefore, the daily room cleaning and replenishment only available upon request, (annoying). Bath towels are thin and were forming holes in one of the two in our room. Windows we’re dirty inside and the Maintance work done was obviously rushed and poorly done. This hotel is obviously operating on a budget, but for Greeley it’s a good place to stay overall.

Have been staying here 2 times a year for my family events. Always treated good . First time ever we needed to change rooms. Room was dirty Full of hair not normal for here as we love this place, maybe a one time mistake Employees wonderful so they get a pass on this one time issue. Highly recommend as we have been coming here for a few years now.

Hot water wasn't working lady at the front desk did nothing the hot tub was green

Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. The one in the hallway is so small and took forever to heat my cup of coffee. Someone spilled in it and there was nothing to wipe it up.

Absolutely loved the room wall decor. I wish more hotels would do decor that match the location

The staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was the fact that the broiler was not functional. I was told that they had been having trouble with the broiler since Thanksgiving. Though there had been multiple attempts to fix it, the issue still persist. Not having hot water made showering very uncomfortable. As a consideration, I was given complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated, but it totally unacceptable to expect guest to take cold showers.

We traveled to Greeley to see The Nutcracker at the civic center. This is the best hotel in Greeley for a number of reasons, most of all it's right on the square across the street from the civic center and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Meeker's in the hotel lobby is also a fabulous restaurant.
