這酒店在火車站和電車站斜對面，有4條電車路缐經過，交通非常方便！自助式自費早餐都非常豐富！吃早餐和休閑的地方都相當大！

기차역과 아주 가까워서 나라간 이동에 편리합니다 저는 류블랴나에서 와서 그라츠에서 며칠 머물다 부다페스트로 이동했어요ㅡ 플릭스버스 터미널은 조금 멀어요ㅡ 근처 큰 수퍼도 있고 시내까지 도보도 가능합니다 다만 시내까지 다니시는건 교통권을 이용하시는걸 더 추천합니다

比較糟糕的經歷……因為離火車站近價格又合理預訂的，而且之前對最西印象也還可以。但這家真是不敢恭維，最開始給的房有排泄物的味道……換了一間，洗手池居然下水有問題，洗澡的時候還沒有熱水……最後是落荒而逃的！

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti...siamo tornati oggi pomeriggio. Punto ottimale..poiché c'è la stazione del tram a due passi per poter visitare tutta la città. Staff cordiale e cortese . Ambiente pulito. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione..poiché volevamo mangiare in più posti diversi ...quindi qua non possiamo valutare . Ci torneremo volentieri .

老酒店，重新裝修的。房間小。其他還可以。

昨晚入住的飯店給我留下了深刻的印象。房間寬敞明亮且非常乾淨，服務人員也非常親切友好。唯一的缺點是門口沒有設置斜坡，對於行李搬運有些不便。

酒店有些古舊、距離火車站都近、部份員工都好好、這次入住房間比預訂中升級了，未有預訂早餐沒有什麼評價

住宿體驗一般

環境不錯，安靜温馨。

Staff were friendly and room was clean, but the hotel generally presents itself in a rather dated and worn way. Most unusually for a hotel in this class, the room had only thin curtains as well as a smaller window with no curtain or blinds - so the sunlight floods the room in the morning. I had requested a quiet room, and I believe I had been given the best possible choice, but generally noise insulation is low. I had booked two nights, but decided to switch after one.

Close location to the train station and trams into town. Big and spacious rooms. Nice bathrooms. Decent breakfast, somewhat limited, but it gets you what you need. Grocery store around the corner and many transit options nearby. Great value. Would stay again.

We stayed here one night it was close by train station checkin was good but we change our room for the smell it had in it, the room is basic with most amenities but get what you pay for can be alittle noisy but all good about a 15min walk into the old town we had a good stay.

Hidden charges at checkout! AVOID! Booked a family room with breakfast for a fixed price, which included a breakfast price FOR THE ROOM. Booked on BW's own website!! At checkout, Hungarian Judit charged us 15 EUR extra based on the number of people. The hotel website guaranteed a price, super unfriendly Judit chsrged us extra! We explained the website only allowed breakfast for the room but she was stubborn and put greed over customer service. Left Hotel Strasser with a bitter taste of being cheated and thus (a) will never return and (b) be forced to out this con on TripAdvisor. Never coming back here, good riddance and 1 star!!

There is some construction work in the area so if you are walking from Graz Hbf it is a bit roundabout to get there but it is close by at about 5 minutes. Comfortable yes and totally adequate but if I could have given a rating of 3.5 I would have. Just not really a place I liked but equally cannot be too critical as that would be unfair.
