"If I'm honest this hotel was not great value for money. The room was small, not very clean, bed was uncomfortable and smelt musty (I know they make a big thing about being a hotel/inn since 1203 - but I don't want the smell from that era as well). I have stayed here previously and it was much better (or at least the room I was in was better). So I will not being staying here in the future"

"It is a lovely small
Hotel and good location. I walked for 20 min and is manageable. Room is nice and clean. More importantly Stella is a lovely kind lady taking care the place and customer. Excellent value for money"

"The lady who owned the hotel made us uncomfortable by insisting on coming into the room with us upon arrival even after I said it’s not my first stay, and when it came to check out knocked on the door 45 mins before checkout to remind us what time checkout was and making sure we were checking out then. Really confusing service and felt like we weren’t being treated fairly; as it wasn’t like that last time I stayed and i don’t think I’ll come back, cheaper rooms with far less hassle are available."

"We had an excellent and relaxing stay at Belton Woods Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food especially the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. During our stay we used the pool and spa facilities which were all very clean, the pool was nice and warm and large enough for doing few lengths without getting in to anyone's way."

"Very nice night, receptionist even let us have extra biscuits and made sure everything was okay for us ! only downside is that we wanted to stay 1-2 hours extra after checkout for the pool which cost £30. We will be back"

"Quite a basic hotel. But clean and funtional. The location is good for Sleaford and is surrounded by fast food outlets. The staff were polite and helpful there isn't much to the hotel so not much else to write home about."
