The Aircon was no cold and somehow it worked the bedsheets was not replaced

Nyaman,bersih,ramah overall good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Will come back for sure if this hotel maintain the good thing. Little advice, please guests can start breakfast @6AM

Very good location

Everything are very fine about this hotel... Only need to cross the road when came out from station bandung.Clean and really friendly staff.... The only thing need to change is the breakfast choices... almost same items when we stay here for 3 days but if we came back to bandung again... 100% we will book this hotel again ...

After check in, we entered the room (superior) and we found the room had very string cigarette smell. We returned to the check in counter and asked for Non-smoking room. However the receptionist told us that non-smoking room is not available for the room type we booked (superior rooms). We were told that non-smoking room is only available for Deluxe Room and we were suggested to to upgrade to Deluxe type by paying additional one hundred thousands rupiah. We thought that we will get a much better room with better facilities compared to the superior one. Alas, when we entered the so called deluxe room, everything were same as the superior. Only cigarette smell was absent. So we pay extra just to get a room without tobacco smell..... :(

Not bad, so good quality services.

All the staff are friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, only a few facilities such as the shower, the soap dish is no longer attached properly, so when taking a shower I often laugh by myself because the shower comes off because of the water pressure.., the swimming pool is clean and comfortable for children. Overall, with that budget, I am satisfied. Thank you
