Great stay. Clean and friendly staff. And cookie was great. Breakfast was just okay 🙂

Our stay at the Double Tree in Appleton was lovely. All aspects of the hotel and staff were excellent. Twice we just missed the free breakfast buffet by minutes, and the restaurant was closing. They stayed open just for us to have breakfast from their own excellent buffet. There was an error in billing my credit card, but the accounting department corrected it quickly. We plan to stay there any time we are in the area.

The person at the front desk was rude and condescending. Everyone else that was working the desk seemed very nice, but the person that checked me in was rude.

This hotel is definitely the best in the area. Convenient location to nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Very clean room and the bed are actually comfortable! The pool was very nice and the perfect temperature. The hot tub is huge so that was a plus. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of hot and cold choices. Definitely will be staying here on every trip to the area from now on.

Room was not stocked. No coffee cups, had to ask 2 times for towels for 2nd. day. For the price we paid we should not have to ask even once.

Flag I received a handicap room. Love the higher seating toilet and hand held showering unit.

TV remote did not work staff unable to get it fixed . We had an early flight out and was told no coffee available till after five.

I've stayed at this property roughly 15 times in the past when it's been a variety of hospitality brands. This is the second time since it's been a DoubleTree, which is by far the nicest this property has ever been. Additionally, the staff accommodated a special check in situation for me flawlessly.

Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Restaurant and bar in rhe hotel. Very nice hotel for a reasonable price.

Considering that most hotels offer free breakfast, I was surprised to find it was not. If the food would have been superior to the bland offerings of other hotels, I would have no problem with paying for it. Unfortunately, the food was the same sup par offerings of budget hotels. Hilton needs to step up their game in that area. Other than that, the hotel room was about the same as I'd get at a budget hotel. I doubt that I'd stay there again for the price I paid.

Overall good experience. Front desk folks were excellent. The only “complaint” I have is that there is almost no water pressure for showers

Everything about this place is top notch. The rooms are big. The pool is warm and the hot tub is huge. The desk clerks Quinn and Catherine were very friendly and helpful. The bartenders Harmony and Jasmine are very friendly and funny, so is their boss Steve and Taylor Swift life size cut out he bought for the bar.

I think that when there’s some type of tournament or gathering where is going to be a lot of kids.. the hotel staff should should be monitoring the hallways for kids running and being loud.. at 7am I woke up because there was some banging noises and running up and down the hallways That screwed up my morning for sure.. I didn’t call the front desk because I was trying to go back to sleep through the noises but it didn’t work and I just got up I understand kids are kids but the parents or guardians should be more conscious and have better judgment when the kids are getting a little loud
