Ulasan Barceló Granada Congress

I had a great stay at Barceló Granada Congress. My room had a great view overlooking mountains.The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.

五星級酒店的價格，一星級的服務。 晚上洗澡時發現房間沒有熱水，打電話給總枱後來了維修人員兩次，都沒辦法修好。之後我們就被晾在那裡了，前後共一個多小時未果。因為已經是晚上11點多了，實在是很想休息了，於是就打電話給總話給總枱，總枱的回覆衹有：等待再等待，不可以換房間。實在沒辦法了，衹好穿上衣服下樓去總枱當面交涉，好説歹説在我們的反覆要求下才不情不願地給我們換了另外一個房間，從來沒有碰到過這樣的酒店服務，酒店設施壞了修不好不應該及時為客人換房間嗎？這是最起碼的服務。房價高達2500多人民幣一晚的所謂的五星級酒店酒店，連最基本的尊重客人的服務意識都沒有嗎？難道是説我們受到了不公正的種族歧視？至於酒店設施之類的也根本達不到五星酒店的標準，洗手槽的下水是壞的！

非常舊的酒店，設施很差，走廊難聞味道，洗手間門框發霉張開，晚上很吵，很大disco音樂噪音。真不知道怎樣拿到五星酒店標準！

El hotel genial, muy bonito y las habitaciones muy bien también, la piscina un poco pequeña pero para remojarse un poco, suficiente, en general muy bien.

Stayed for 4 night and staff were friendly and helpful with our requests. Room was modern, clean and had everything you needed. Location was great for city centre with gym and outdoor pool on 6th floor. We checked out before breakfast and was provided with a breakfast bag which was great for our journey home. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at the Barcelo was excellent. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I requested a late check out and Irene had no problem extending my stay just a few hours. The breakfast was delicious and was very convenient.

Outdated property. This is a three star hotel, not a 5 star as described. Towels and bed lining were dirty

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, clean spacious room, close to city center. I would definitely stay here again.

A decent five star hotel, pleasant, attentive and reactive staff, checkin was efficient, room was very clean and functional, we discovered that the safe key wasn't there, contacted reception, they couldn't locate it and instead immediately arranged for a whole replacement safe, arrived within minutes. Good soundproofing and slept well. Housekeeping were efficient and worked to our convenience. Amenities include a stylish bar, small gym and pool terrace with great views of the city. It's a 20 minute walk from the centre of Granada but is a good location if you don't mind a bit of walking. On our last few days, the hotel had guests staying from the European head of states conference, so there was heightened security. It was bemusing having to traverse armed police and be subjected to an airport style bag x-ray and body scanner to gain entry to the hotel. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but understand that it is good, instead we tended to patronise the local cafes, e.g. Quiérete Café and Cafeteria Ceci. We would stay again.

Easy to get too….. nice lounge and restaurant. Great breakfast in morning , not included but wort it

Excellent modern hotel with good rooms and bed. Staff was great - our room had AC problem which was fixed within an hour. Not too far from centre of town - 15 min walk.
