The hotel is very well located, with great facilities and an excellent breakfast. The restaurant's dinner was also great! The recreation area with the pool, games room and toys is excellent and there is also the lovely chimarrão with hot water!! Another difference was the provision of baby strollers. I would definitely come back!!

The hotel is excellent, but BE CAREFUL. The Gramado Parks Group trains its employees to take your $$$ at any cost, without mercy. If you are not careful, they will even do the wrong things to get your money. For example: when you finished checking out, they wanted to charge you a fee, which was not the tourist tax. According to the attendant, it was a tax (ISS). When I questioned her and confronted her about the legality of this, she informed me that it was not a tax, but a service fee of 10% on top of the daily rate. According to her, it was a fee that would go to the maid, the receptionist, the bartender, etc. In other words, this is absolutely absurd! The hotel is excellent, but be alert to any movement of the employees and remember: THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH. Be suspicious of anything they offer you as "free" - it will end up being expensive in the end.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Plenty of things to do without having to leave the hotel, including activities for children. Very attentive staff. I didn't like the outsourced parking, where you pay 38.00 per day. This should be included in the daily rate. Also, the bathroom in the room doesn't have an exhaust fan to eliminate odors. In any case, I would definitely stay there again.

We liked everything, it was simply fantastic... I just don't think they should charge for parking. Considering that app users are already looking for prices, and the amount we get from one place to another is charged for other services, in this case parking. They also charged for 3 days of parking for two nights at the hotel. But here's a tip for hotels... It's not cool.

Great swimming pools and sauna, good restaurant with affordable prices. I found the entertainment staff for children to be weak.

Excellent hotel! We stayed for a weekend and already want to go back. Reserve a day of your stay to enjoy all the hotel's amenities and include their breakfast, it's simply surreal how good it is! I highly recommend it.

The experience was excellent. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling with children. The hotel restaurant also offers delicious options at fair prices. The facilities are wonderful, from the pools to the chimarrão corner. We will definitely be back.
