Its a very nice, clean place - beach and views are as good as you would expect for any resort in the Caribbean. They have a very helpful staff and a nice outside cafe/restaurant. Really good Mexican restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the beach. Better gym facility than most places as well. One thing I would like is a hand vac to clean up the sand that gets in the room from your shoes, towels, etc. but that happens at any place on the beach.

It’s quite a dated premises. Our room was not cleaned on several occasions. When raised this with the GM she said she’d issue a resort credit. This ‘credit’ was added to our bill in error!! What a mess. The butler forgot to call our taxi to the airport for our return flight. Basic stuff missed. Great beach! But silly irritants that could have been avoided. For what was supposed to be relaxing… it was quite a stressful stay, sadly.

First time in Turks and this resort was absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially Alicia, Venese and Marcson. Thank you for your pleasant hospitality. We’ll definitely be back next visit to Turks and Caicos

Tranquil. Very suitable for restful stay. Most of the items on Dune restaurant dinner menue were not good. Some of staff members (restaurant) were arrogant and vindictive.

The location of this hotel is excellent. If you’d like to snorkel, this is the place to be. There’s a huge reef and lots of snorkeling equipment you can use to swim. The beach is not very wide, but there’s plenty of room to walk long distances. we had a beautiful penthouse suite so that was the best part of our trip. We have the service wasn’t very good, but would not necessarily say it is the fault of this resort. We noticed that every resort and restaurant we went to the Staff just was not friendly. And basically tried to ignore you whenever possible. No iContact no smile just avoidance. But overall we love Turks and Caicos and will be back.

Very nice hotel with a great staff, the hotel bungalows where I stood were awesome not ocean view but the rooms were beautiful and very big .. I would definitely stay at this property again for the price compared to other hotels

We stayed for 3 days and 2 night. I honestly thought it was going to be a bigger property but we had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The pool are was clean and well kept. I did wish the hot tube was a bit bigger. We had to wait our turn cause it was getting crowded. The food and drinks were great. The beach was right ther omg so beautiful. They had chairs and beach beds available. The property is on grace bay beach and we walked down the beach and got too see other hotels and they have alot of water sports available . All in all great experience. Would definitely recommend
