Location is perfect, heart of Göreme. Cave rooms are nicely decorated, dim lighting, ambience and overall design makes you feel like you are really in a cave. Jacuzzi in the room is good but the water takes some time to warm up. Because this is a real cave hotel (as the worker there explained), there are bits keep coming off from the ceiling in our washroom (not a big disturbance though, but we have to cover our cups when not in use) and we were told that it's normal for a real cave hotel. Breakfast-wise, food is fine, not much variations in different days but good enough to start a day.. Coffee is only for someone who just need caffeine. The terrace is nice, staff set up in every morning for the guest. Good thing is, it is not as crowded as other popular hotels. Overall, staff are very friendly except one guy (who appears to be a senior one), doesn't seem to be welcoming and hospitable. He always talk to us in a blunt tone when we have queries on the stay or the room condition. He definitely ruined our overall experience here! Sigh.

The staff at the counter are great, friendly and helpful. The location is very good. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the downtown area and it’s very convenient.

The hotel is located in the town of Goreme and is very convenient for travel. The room is very big and has windows for ventilation. I was traveling with an elderly person and was given a room on the first floor, which was very considerate~ The cats in the hotel are also very nice~ Opposite the hotel is an internet celebrity restaurant

Because my plane ticket was temporarily cancelled by the airline, I could not make the trip to the hotel. There is a letter of certification from the airline company, respectively notifying the shop and trip.com about this situation and no refund has been made. Really disappointing.

Pros They have a beautiful entry and that gives a very positive feel about the hotel. Good Location. Clean Rooms. Good Hospitality. Amazing Staff , they are very helpful. One can easily spot balloons from the hotel Terrace . Very close to the main market area and the restaurants. 2 mins walking. Cons The rooms that were near the reception were the best. The ones in which we stayed were good but the toilets were very small. But it’s a good hotel to stay. There can be little more breakfast options for vegetarians.

The staff, the room and the location are just awesome. However, breakfast experience is just terrible. The cook/lady chef at the kitchen for the breakfast is just so bad. She doesnt talk to anyone, nor does she smile. We stayed there 4 nights with two kids, the first morning she was all the time on her phone sitting on a chair and never paid any attention to anyone, even the food was not there but she didnt replace or refill. We didnt get any egg for us or our kids till we decided to ask. She wasnt happy as was obvious from her face expression. The second morning when we asked again she just gave us one egg for the sunny side and that was for four of us. The third day she just told us no more eggs available. Even though we paid for the breakfast we had to go outside and pay again for a better breakfast so we dont stay hungry or make our kids starve in the morning. The spread was also a joke. There were no cups to use to get coffee from the coffee machine either. I have even stayed in 2-star hotels and the breakfast was found to be much better than this 5-star hotel (as they claim). I recommend this place for a family trip to Goereme for the location, balloons view in the morning and all the other staff members, but just dont pay for the breakfast and dont even go to eat there in the morning. You have much better and even cheaper options in the town and you wont regret.

We had a wonderful stay at Ada Cave. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very helpful, and the location is very convenient for exploring both parts of the town. Resul was very resourceful and helped us plan our short but action packed stay.

The staff was very interested. There was a fireplace in our room and the environment was great. The balloons were just above the hotel. The view was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious, thanks for everything

What a lovely place! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to visit this hotel when you come to Cappadocia😍 I've stayed here for only two nights, but I wish I could spend more time here though :) Especially, Ismail, the hotel manager is so nice, so gentle, and even really good at English, so that we had no difficulty in communication during our stays here in Cappadocia. They've helped us booking variety of activities such as Balloon tour, ATV riding, R/G/B tour that we should do, and even with the pick-up service to Kayseri airport with was so comfortable. The most important this is(except for Ismail :)) you can enjoy beautiful scenery of Goreme on the top floor of Ada Cave, which can be a best place to watch the Balloons in the early morning! It was soooo lovely! and also the room condition is so good! It's nice, tidy and quiet big, I've never seen any bugs here during my stay. For the meal or other room services, the hotel managers will help you so nicely and in an instant for all day that you might not regret to stay here at Ada Cave! Plus, the location is perfect! They do have many gourmet and ATM in front of hotel(and police office too), just need to walk for 1 minutes to get to the center of Gorme! Special thanks to all the hotel managers that helped us👍 You should choose the hotel anyway!😁😁

Everything was perfect. Charming hotel, beautifully decorated room, forthcoming hotel manager, sincere and helpful staff. Every single detail is very thought through. When we checked in, the hotel manager helped us to plan the activities during our stay and they were all fantastic. We were very satisfied with his arranged tours. After we returned from day tours, sitting by the lovely fireplace in the evenings was simply rewarding. Let’s not forget about the delicious breakfast. Eline sağlık to the sweet lady in the kitchen. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and definitely the coffee. We were so unlucky this time. The hot air balloon tours were all cancelled during our stay due to weather condition. We need to visit Cappadocia again and see the magnificent sky full of hot air balloons on their terrace. Undoubtedly, we will stay at Ada Cave Suite again and again. We highly recommend this place.

At the heart of Goreme, this hotel is just beyond your expectations. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and extremely helpful. The queen room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. Lovely breakfast at the terrace with the amazing view of Goreme! I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to visit Cappadocia. Will hopefully be back to this place soon!!

Great location, easy walk to restaurants, bus station and to the closest attractions at Goreme. Several terraces to enjoy the view, cup of coffee or wine by the fireplace. The rooms are comfortable and clean, look exactly like in pictures. The staff are also very helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to mr Resul. Helped us to book the shuttles and the tours before we even arrived at the hotel, which is a big plus, takes all the worries away. Would definitely recommend it!
