Pemandangan dari teras sangat bagus. Saya tinggal di sini untuk melihat balon udara panas di pagi hari, jadi itu sesuai dengan tujuan saya. Bagian dalam hotel ada goa, jadi agak bau berdebu. Saya sedikit khawatir dengan keselamatan karena TV rusak dan pegangan tangga rusak. Harganya sangat rendah sehingga dapat diterima. Ada spot foto yang dilapisi karpet, jadi ini recommended. Fasilitas serupa di kota ini cukup mahal.

The staff at this hotel are extremely rude and disrespectful. Prior to our arrival, we arranged for the hotel transportation to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived, we waited outside of the airport for over an hour, only to find out that the driver left us. When we called the hotel to figure out what was going on, they said it was our fault that we missed the ride and refused to re arrange transportation for us. We ended up over paying for a taxi to take us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we met with the manager, a man named Rehmatullah, who was hostile with us from the beginning of our encounter with him. We expressed our disappointment with the airport pick up and instead of apologizing to us, he blamed us and told us there was no longer any rooms available at the hotel for us, despite him attempting to check us in. He began yelling and berating us in front of other customers. We felt extremely uncomfortable and no longer safe staying there, so we left and contacted Agoda (the company we booked through) to help us book a different hotel. They said there was nothing they could do on our end because the hotel refused to cancel our reservation, which made absolutely no sense because we were told by the staff person that there was no room for us. We told Agoda to go ahead and just cancel it and that we would book another hotel ourselves, which we did. Now, three days later, we received a notification from our bank that Nessa Cave Hotel charged us when we never even stayed there. This is the most horrific experience I have ever had at any hotel. I would not recommend that anyone stay there.

The hotel is very close to to down town and hotel is clean and calm .the hotel manager Rehmatullah is very nice host I have ever seen.they arranged all activities also balloon in low price.we stay here for two nights with family.the terrace view is awesome.

The hotel was great and the service was fantastic.the manager Rehmatullah is the one of the best host I ever met he treat us so good and arranged our balloon with discount price and atv also.we came as a family and have good stay here the terrace view with balloon was stunning

This is the second time that I am visiting Nessa Cave Hotel, my first trip around I visited back in 2023 with my family. From what I remember, it was a memorable stay and the experience was top notch. Again this year to celebrate my marriage we came to Türkiye for our honeymoon. My wife and I were in the care of possibly the sweetest man you can meet, Mr. Rehmatullah. He gave us the best pricing for every possible tour, venture and our honeymoon photoshoot. Every single staff displayed the same kindness and was always ready to help. There was no lack of any amenities as Mr. Rehmatullah and his team ensured all our needs were fulfilled. I highly recommend this hotel as we left with unforgettable and magical memories all thanks to the team at Nessa Cave Hotel.

Nessa Cave is run by a bunch of frauds. They take overbooking on websites and tell the people that it's the websites fault. We had booked prior, when we reached at 11am..we are told that there are no rooms and even so that a family suite never existed in out hotel(as shown online). We were a family of seven with 2 small children and 2 old people. They sent us 2 different hotels Olenda and Helike caves at 1 am with dirty bathrooms and no acs or fans. None of us could sleep. Due to change of location last minute we had so mu ch trouble with the hot air balloon company and we missed those also. our entire Cappadocia experiencewas pathetic and we lost a lot of money on air tickets and travel. these frauds do this as a regular practice and are BLACKLISTED ON *********** and we have reported against them on Agoda as well.

As me and my friends first time in Cappadocia we really enjoyed our stay here. The room we s very spacious nice and tidy even if we’re sharing one room we still have some space for privacy coz it’s really huge. The rooftop is also very spacious good for hanging out with your friends and love ones and also a good photo shot location. They have their own rig room too for a photo shoot location so no need to go to a rug shop outside. The location is also nice and quiet and walking distance to all the restaurants and night life. About the tours you don’t have to pre booked it just ask Rahmed and he’ll help you book it what ever tour you want. Speaking of Rahmed let me tell you this! He is AMAZING!!!! very helpful and he will look after you your whole stay in the hotel from morning to night and he’s super friendly and funny. Will definitely stay there again if ever I go back to Cappadocia.

It was an amazing experience as my first time traveling to Cappadocia. The room is very spacious and tidy the ambiance is very nice and also quiet. Love the rooftop and also they have their own rug room so you don’t have to go to a rug shop to have a photo shoot. And let me tell you guy Rahmed is AMAZING!!! he’ll help you and look after you you’re whole stay in the hotel. When it comes to tours you don’t have to rebook it you, can actually book it there just ask Rahmed and he’ll book all your tours.

Everything was perfect . The rooms were tidy and neat. Enjoyed my stay there The staff is very hospitable and kind toward their guests. Will definitely recommend this place in cappadocia. They arranged our tours to atv rides amd hot air baloon ride as well.

Rahmed was wonderful! He offered us great price and took really good care of us whenever we need. I was taking wedding photos and he was so helpful together with the lady staff too. The terrace is amazing but the carpet room is beyond wonderful. No need to pay extra for commercial carpet shop, because it’s FREE here! Rahmed can also help with booking photo shooting and shuttle service if needed. Room is clean but the bathroom can have some ventilation issues (make sure to close the bathroom door). Otherwise the place is gorgeous and with great value!! Highly recommend!

What a great hotel the Nessa Cave was we had a fabulous time there very attentative service from a wonderful host Rehmet. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel. Cappadocia is a great place to visit with lots of excursions as well as the balloon flights.

Despite initial apprehensions fueled by negative Google reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience we had during our stay. Booking two rooms for our group of four adults and two children, we were relieved to find that the rooms were clean and matched the images provided on the website. The in-room amenities, including a kettle, fridge, toiletries, and a hairdryer, added convenience to our stay and ensured our comfort throughout. Upon our late-night arrival at around 10 pm, Noman warmly welcomed us and took great care in facilitating a smooth check-in process. He provided us with all the necessary information about the property, ensuring that we felt well-informed and at ease. Nessa Cave Hotel, although small with only nine rooms, boasts a charming terrace area. One of the highlights of our stay was waking up to the enchanting sight of hot air balloons gliding gracefully above the hotel in the morning. Capturing some fantastic pictures added an extra touch of magic to our experience. We greatly appreciated the owner's flexibility and helpfulness when we needed to make last-minute changes to our booking. Their willingness to accommodate our rescheduling needs demonstrated a high level of customer service and ensured a hassle-free experience for us. In terms of dining options, we were pleased to discover a variety of restaurants, including an Indian restaurant, within walking distance of the hotel. This made it convenient for us to explore different culinary delights without venturing too far. While the rooms lacked air conditioning or fans, we were fortunate that the weather during our stay was pleasant, alleviating any concerns about the absence of cooling amenities. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, provided us with vegetarian options such as breads, cheese, fresh fruits, tea, coffee, juices, and cornflakes. Although the selection may not have been extensive, it was sufficient to satisfy our needs and start the day on a satisfactory note. In conclusion, our experience at Nessa Cave Hotel was far better than we anticipated, considering the negative reviews we came across prior to our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms, the attentive service provided by Noman, the picturesque hot air balloon views, and the proximity to various dining options made our stay a pleasant one. We would certainly recommend Nessa Cave Hotel to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay amidst the scenic surroundings. Don't let the negative Google reviews deter you; our experience proved them wrong.

Great envirnoment. Freindly staff Beautiful terrace And carpet gallery is most attractive to me so i give 4 out of 5. But they need some work on elctectricity And some time the heater was not working. But i was so happy in the hotel For 2 days. .. Thanks.
