The hotel was nice and the front desk staff was friendly, however the AC didn’t work. They sent someone to fix it but he came, couldn’t get it working and said he’d be right back. We called a few times and they said he was coming but he never showed. We finally called to tell them never mind because we needed sleep

裝修有點陳舊 不過洗澡水很大還是比較舒服的 衹是不像希爾頓的裝修品質 可能是當地的小長假和週末關係 價格比平時貴不少

這麼貴的房費，環境，設施都不如快捷，被子和枕頭都散發著一股臭味，一宿都沒睡

這個價格，住進了跟七天連鎖差不多的房間：什麼都沒有，地方小床小，我小個子進淋浴間洗澡都嫌窄。真像個有泳池花園的汽車旅館！所以後麪幾天被他多扣一晚的房費都要退掉！

很一般，除了空間較大，其它如內地的維也納

房間升級了，還送了早餐

花了2000多，感覺像住進招待所，空調不暖和，7點多就鑽被窩，住一樓，門縫小涼風颼颼往房間鑽

I love the aesthetic of this cute hotel. We only stayed one night so we didn’t have a chance to use all of the facilities. The room was nicely appointed, clean and a good size for a king bed room. The hotel is in a great location, very close to UC Santa Barbara. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was the bathroom. The sliding door between the bathroom and room was so loud, when my husband tried to close it in the middle of the night it woke me out of a dead sleep. Additionally the door does not block the light at all.

The grounds are very nice; great landscaping and outdoor sitting areas. But, the walls are very thin. We could clearly hear snoring and talking in adjacent rooms. The TV is YouTube or something similar, which glitched the entire time due to the hotel’s poor WiFi. Watching sports was particularly challenging. We ended up leaving a day early and eating the cost for that night.

Love to stay here again one day. Beautiful property with very friendly and helpful service. Our room was clean and modern. The only flaw is the door to the bathroom is a sliding door and it makes way to much noise to open and close. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for you and your family.

From the moment I walked in to check in, I had a good feeling about this place. The staff were super welcoming and attentive to me as a customer. The rooms were clean and the decorations went perfect with the hotel theme. The pool was very clean as well, and I love that there are firepits right outside the pool area. In the lobby, they have a small record room where you can pick a couple albums and rent them out and they will give you a record player to listen to them on. Overall, our stay was great. I had nothing but a positive experience the entire time. We will definitely be back in the near future.

The Leta is a beautiful oasis. Its tranquil both during the day amd evening. The entire property is beautiful, but the best spit are the rooms surround the pool because of the view. Amazing place and we will definitely be returning and sharing this hidden gem to our friends & family.

Property was beautiful, check in went smooth.Bartender was amazing. Goodnight sleep was impossible, non stop noises and dragging of cart. Breakfast was good but hash-browns weren't cooked well, half cooked potatoes aren't pleasant to eat. Overall 7/10
