Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property. Very good for the family.

Excellent property, nice and clean rooms equipped with all the modern amenities, excellent room service and housekeeping, nice food, cordial staff, check in relax and enjoy the amenities provided by the hotel. A little bit of a problem with the restaurant (Seagull) , found bad smell in drinking water glass , having breakfast not so easy if corporate conference happened at the time of your stay.

Best part of the hotel is its location. Right next to the beach and on the right beach. Smooth checkin and Ruby helped us throughly understand the property. Good cafes / restaurants nearby. Breakfast menu needs to be more vast. Well maintained pool.

Excellent and peaceful property with variety of restaurants and amenities. The beach is clean to spend time with family. Wonderful staff and a special mention to Ms Ruby for making our stay comfortable and memorable by helping us plan a surprise birthday celebration.

It feels like home by now , visited last year July and this time stayed for 5 days ! M from Northeast India , there’s good cultured staff in restaurant from Northeast , they treat me Royally and there’s friendly courteous staff! Place is classy and unique!

A good hotel for the Group and for the outbound activities. The hall and the Green Lawns are good. Well maintained The old school architecture with tiles roofs adds beauty to this property the Large lobby can be an added advantage for groups.Food is Good

We have never been disappointed by this property. Always welcoming with open arms. Especially Gita who always goes out of the way to ensure her guests have a memorable trip. The rooms are well appointed, food is super, pool experience is great, overall convenience and comfort is excellent.
