Ulasan Glendale Express Hotel

Our room Was Not cleaned after first night, next moorning we went to the front desk to ask for cleanning Service and the attendant said that they have full schedule for cleanning (???). I told her that we're supose to stay 3 nights and definitely i Pay for it, so she finally schedule the cleanning, but on bad attitude. Hotel Provide 2 keys, and second night noone worked. We Went again to front desk and asked to set our keys ready, asking for documents that were inside the room! We ask her to come with us but she refuse. Finally set the key. This is our second visit to this hotel and the last I hope. Ask for cleanning or basic Service requests should Not be a problem to the customer, that's what we Pay already.

It’s alright not so good but alright. Have a parking spot for about 11$ a day

Well located hotel, easy to find street parking for free, and the staff were all incredibly nice, especially the gentleman on late night check in when we arrived. The room was basic, but fine- only small issue is there were ants in the bathroom. The staff were helpful about sending someone to clean the room, but it didn't have a massive impact. Overall, good hotel at an excellent price point to explore the city easily.

停車方便！有對酒店客户開放的自助洗衣房！吃飯不方便，但可以點外賣！有微波爐，有自助販賣機！總體不錯！

格倫代爾算是LA安全的區域，這裏去所有景點都處於一個比較中間的位置，前台服務人員也很Nice, 覺得房間比較吵有空着的房間也給我們換了房間。房間大，很整潔，周邊環境安靜，除了房間裏面設施略微舊了一點之外，性價比在洛杉磯算不錯的酒店！😊😊

挺好的，第二天去環球影城，自駕也就10多分鐘，很方便。不過床是1.35米的，不是1.5米的。這之後再訂的房我就選1.5米的了。

在la住的最好的一家motel 停車免費+房費實惠 位置離環球影城和荷里活都是開車十幾分鍾 特別方便

酒店比較新也比較乾淨，地理位置處於比較安全的社區，離環球影城近就是押金一個月了才退回，其他沒有什麼大問題。有冰箱熱水壺算很難得了，比較方便
