Pengalaman yang sangat bagus! Staf -Jack di meja depan sangat sopan dan baik. Dia merekomendasikan beberapa tempat wisata di Sydney kepada kami. Kamar, meskipun kecil, bersih dan baru. Gel mandi, sampo, dan kondisioner yang digunakan semuanya dibuat di Prancis, sangat mewah Ada ruang kebugaran lengkap dan ruang istirahat sederhana. Terlalu sering bepergian ke Sydney, ada baiknya menginap lagi.

Excellent location for anyone staying in the city!

Although it was a bit tight in moving around going to the rooms, the beds were still good.

The room was next to a busy road. The windows aren't the most sound proof. It seems that despite the high price the room lacks finish to make the stay comfortable. Only full on lights or an alarm clock light that is insufficient for a bedside table light. The TV is mounted in a way that there is no where to comfortably sit or lie down and watch it. The carpet was coming up at the join with the bathroom. There wasn't a convenient place for the towels.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for get anywhere in city! Also the hotel service is great!

Great hotel, good location for travel in to city. Street parking was east on the weekends.

房間不大但設施齊全且衞生維護不錯；周邊為當地居民居住區為主故餐飲豐富；經實地實踐步行到中國城約50分鐘且途經各類商鋪；前台服務熱情周到可惜不會中文。

酒店服務態度差。本人分2次預訂連續入住的2間房中，1間預訂訊息有所偏差，入住時酒店未向本人進行告知或複核便辦理了入住。 入住期間在未向本人溝通的情況下，擅自將1間房內的個人物品簡單打包裝入垃圾袋，並丟棄了部分食品飲料後，與行李箱一同擅自轉放至本人的另一房間中。 本人回酒店後發現該問題與前台溝通，前台不承認做法不妥，不顧及客人感受！下次不會再入住該酒店！

小巧，精緻的酒店 洗浴用品都是歐舒丹的。毛巾也是很厚實和柔軟的。 環境不錯，交通步行可達light train station 附近都是很精緻的小房子，彷彿在歐洲的小鎮 窗外就是市區的景色 主廚也是有故事的人，可惜這次沒有機會可以吃到他做的食物

被子上有臟東西😭連續兩晚都是有污漬的，並且在非常明顯的地方，可以接觸到我的皮膚，這讓我感到非常難受！值得表揚的是前台態度非常好，酒店地理位置也不錯
