stayed at the hotel room clean but had to ask for more towels as only 1 towel for two people took the meal deal that was offered to us went for our dinner small size portions ordered steak and chips and that was all you got nothing else when we finished our meal and was leaving we were stopped by the waiter and led to the till saying about paying the bill we thought we had paid thru the meal deal but no there was a surcharge on the steak we had ordered when i pointed out we had bought the meal from front room service and no surcharge was mentioned this to the waiter that had served us said hotel was nothing to do with them i asked why do you let them sell meals for you then told waiter who served us that he didnt say anything about surcharge when order was taken whole issue left me with bad taste in mouth as profit came before customer service spoiled our stay as i deeply felt we were getting conned

Apart from being charged a fortune for parking everything else was as it would be. A spacious room with a lovely full bathroom.

Good sized rooms, clean, comfortable and everything worked. Good lighting - could see to read, which has become rare in many hotels. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location, near Glasgow Central Station. Good range of breakfast foods. Evening meal was also good. Surprisingly quiet, especially on a Saturday night. Good blackout curtains.

Hi, me and my family stay in this hotel whenever we come to Glasgow mainly because it is close by everything. It is also easy for my family to come and meet us. The staff are very helpful, friendly and the atmosphere on all of our visits (around 10 times now) is always very relaxed. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone I talk to. Great hotel. 10 out 10 everytime

The room is relatively good. Except for the air-condition which turns itself off randomly and you have to turn it on again. The service however is terrible at this hotel, there are no phones in rooms which means you have to take yourself to reception every time you need anything. If it was an emergency, good luck then! They don't clean your room unless you ask for it on the day before 11AM. Which is an absolutely ridiculous rule! If you are on holiday and like to stay up late and sleep in the morning, then good luck! your room will remain dirty. When they do show up, they do not clean the room properly, I had dirty cups and spoons left in my room number of times after cleaning, I had to go down to reception and ask for a new set, I also had a dirty towel that was on the floor folded back and put on the rack by cleaners instead of replacing it. Again I had to go down to reception and ask for a new set of towels. And finally, I had safety concerns as I was asked by random people to let me in a room as I was walking towards my room. I explained to them that they need to speak with reception if they have lost the key but they didn't want to go to reception, this happened a couple of times, and the third incident is seeing someone peeping through a peephole into a room, they ran away as they saw me walking in the hallway. I made sure to use my travelling door lock every night.

Check-in was a bit of a joke. Many people waiting to check-in and there didn't seem to be a system. Good central location with plenty bars and restaurants. Nice clean room. Breakfast was good. Will not be back after the rudeness from the receptionist.

We stayed here to visit family and friends . The location was great for us. Close to Central Station and Shopping. The room was Premier Inn Standard. What was disappointing was the room cleaning. We had to complain that after 4 days we didn't have clean towels to shower with. They gave us the £10 breakfast for free which was good of them, but basic needs for a family is clean towels. We would stay again as premier inn is good value for money.

Good things: The hotel is around the corner of Central Station which is very convenient. The buffet breakfast was good. Disappointment: We arrived to the hotel at around 1330 and was told the check-in time was 1500. We wanted to keep our luggage there and came back later. To our disappointment that the staff said the luggage room was full, no wonder there were many people sitting in the lobby with their luggage and waited for the check- in time. We went to the hotel restaurant to eat and waited for the check in time.
