Was given an “accessible” room. I did not request this on reservation, but I assume it was all that was left. The room was clean but smaller than other rooms we have stayed in, in this hotel. There was only 2 teabags and 4 small milks provided, (we don’t drink coffee). There may have been supplies down in reception, but not convenient to collect when you are elderly and in your sleep wear. The cooked goods in the “full breakfast” were limited, and cold. Staff were nice. Automated check-in was a nightmare, as on screen explanation was inadequate. (Location of key cards not obvious) Most people checking in had to get assistance from staff, who said the process was taking up more of their time than manual check-in did. Going to try a different city centre hotel next time.
