The rooms were extremely small, and I felt like I wasted my £90 per night. There were no provided toiletries, and the space was so cramped that it was impossible to sit and relax. I will never book here again. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for better accommodations.

The room and bathroom was very clean. Had the basics which were fine for a couple of nights stay. Room was spacious larger than expected. Best part was the comfortable mattress which gave a good sleep, shower had good water pressure in comparison to previous hotel experiences, large full length mirror. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a pleasant stay. Would not fault this hotel or agree with some of the bad reviews.

Good comfort, however ruined by noises around 3am when the couple next door (room 1005) were shouting at each other which woke my partner and I up. We couldn’t get back to sleep. I’m aware it was Hogmanay however this was not on

Nice hotel and friendly staff but as usual sometimes you can be unlucky with the room as some room can be cold all night

Very basic stay but not cheap. Room is big and the bed is pretty nice but carpet and table needs a refresh. Bathroom was pretty antiquated but adequate. It is a walk to city center but there are a bunch of clubs and restaurants right around the corner from the hotel. Subway stop is literally right next to the hotel.

Great, convenient location. Bathroom was rather dated, but the room was clean and presentable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is exceptionally convenient. It is about 10 minute ride from Glasgow Central Station and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Additionally, it is right next to the Charing Cross subway station.

Not very happy with this compared others I’ve experienced value for $$ - terrible

Had a great night sleep and even though located near a busy road we slept sound the staff we all very nice throughout are hole stay . the morning reception staff over heard me saying I needed a good coffee and me up to the breakfast room for a coffee out the machine 😀 definitely recommend

Directly outside Charing Cross Station, standard Britannia Hotel no frills but always decent sized rooms, never tried bar/breakfast. Dozens of bikes with delivery bag, cked to railings outside the Hotel isn't a nice visual
