An amazing, calm place with very friendly people. We got here to get some rest and that worked out great. The rooms are very clean, the shower was amazing and the people working there were willing to help with everything. We rented a motorbike to go around the area which they organised as well. Perfect place to visit the rice fields or go for a boat ride in Trang an

I stayed at The Bai Dinh Garden resort for 4 nights with my young family, the resort and staff were absolutely amazing. Went well out of their way to do everything possible to make our holiday perfect. We ate all our meals at the resort and they were delicous. Would strongly recommend anybody travelling to Bai Dinh stay at this stunning resort.

We had a great time at the Bai Dinh Garden Resort. It's a beautiful place but what makes a difference is its staff! The front desk were extremely helpful in reaching out to our bus company to confirm our details. After a long day exploring in the area and after having checked out already, Cloudy also gave us some complementary pineapple juice which was exactly what we needed! Would recommend staying there!

A very nice, quiet, peaceful, comfortable and clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, a good breakfast with sole-touching music, authentic food and drinks. Among the pluses are a large green territory and a swimming pool. Highly recommened!

We (4ppl) stayed for 4 nights. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had breakfast and dinners at the hotel. For dinner we had hot pots for 2 nights and BBQ for 1 night. Great food. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioning is also very good - both cool and heat are available. There is YouTube and Netflix The shower door does not close or seal properly so water leaks out. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff who helped a lot with our trip. Only stayed 2 nights but the room was very nice with a very comfy bed. A relaxing place that is close to the Bai Dinh temple however a little far from other things. The hotel provided us with bikes and transport when we needed it so this didn’t matter. Very good experience on the whole and nice to be out in a quieter spot after Hanoi.

Best accommodation we had in Vietnam This place has a lot of charm. We loved the location surrounded by nature and how peaceful it was. The room was veryy comfy and well equipped. The best for us was the staff, such a great team. Mr.Thanh looked after us very well and gave us lots of info, recommendations and tips. Thanks again

The Garden Resort and Spa was a nice place to stay. The greenery was lovely, I especially enjoyed the frogs and fish in the pond. The reception staff were wonderful, especially Cloudy who was very friendly and helpful. Many of the staff are locals so there is no problem being patient as the business helps upskill the local community. We booked a private tour through the hotel that was very expensive but we were given a fantastic English speaking guide for the whole day which made it all worth it. There was a limited range of services available at the spa. The location was isolated from town but very close to the Bai Dinh temple. I didn’t enjoy the food from the restaurant, but there weren’t many other diverse options available nearby. Overall it was a nice place to stay and rest a day or two, but not ideal for travellers on a budget wanting to explore the local area.
