Sikap pelayanan staf Jepang sangat buruk. Di hotel sumber air panas berbintang yang membanggakan bahwa ia pernah menjadi tuan rumah kaisar, bahkan orang tua tidak mau membantu saya dengan barang bawaan saya lereng gunung sebelum berjalan kembali ke hotel. Pengalaman makan malam juga sangat buruk. Itu adalah hotel terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali. Hanya staf wanita Tionghoa di meja depan yang memiliki sikap baik. Fasilitasnya juga sangat tua dan kotoran dimana-mana. Rasio harga-kinerja sangat buruk, dan ini adalah satu-satunya hotel yang pernah saya berikan ulasan negatif selama bertahun-tahun bepergian. Hotel ini membuat saya merasa sangat buruk tentang Gero Onsen secara keseluruhan saya tidak akan kembali lagi!

Kamarnya sudah sangat tua, sangat tidak terbiasa memiliki ruang tamu di siang hari dan memindahkan meja ke samping untuk dijadikan lantai di malam hari. Tirai tidak menghalangi cahaya, dan saya dibangunkan jam 6 pagi. Balkon juga terlihat kotor, tikar jerami di kamar bau tersedak, dan handuk mandi sudah busuk sehingga dibuang. Makanan untuk satu malam dan dua kali makan tidak segar dan disiapkan terlebih dahulu serta ditutup dengan kertas. Fasilitas, layanan, dan makanan jelas tidak sebanding dengan 1.800 yuan per orang. Keluarga kami yang terdiri dari tiga orang menghabiskan 5.400 yuan. Hotel sumber air panas yang pernah kami tinggali: Hakone Hoshino Kai dan Taman Ofenshen di Jepang jauh lebih baik daripada hotel ini dalam hal fasilitas, lingkungan, dan makanan.

Awesome ryokan with history! Very convenient to get to the place. The train offers beautiful views of the Hida Valley, mountain rivers and cute villages, this already prepares for a super experience. The purple bus will meet you at the station and take you up the mountain. The ryokan is huge and consists of several buildings. And even if there are many guests in the ryokan, you will get a really calm and peaceful stay. The rooms are in a traditional style, each one is different from the other. The rooms are spacious and very beautiful. The windows open up to views of the mountains, the forest. The ryokan itself is like a labyrinth, you can wander through the corridors and each time find a treasure: private onsens, billiards, a rest room, a viewing site. I took a room with an onsen inside, and I never regretted it. It was wonderful to sit in my own onsen with a view of the mountains and admire the sunset. An unforgettable experience. The public onsen is also great. There is an indoor bath and an outdoor bath with wonderful decoration. The kaiseki dinner is also great. It is brought to your room. It is very tasty, entertaining and exciting. Each dish is elegantly served, served on the most beautiful tableware, which makes it equal to art. I only regretted one thing, that I did not stay longer. This day in the ryokan Yunoshimakan made my trip to Japan unforgettable! Thank you!

old style onsen. high class old Japanese style service. Located at the top of the hill of Gero city. Regular shuttles to and from the train station are available. Although it is over 100 years old, it still offers a different traditional Japanese thermal experience.

Love there and will be back again if have a chance. Reception out from the building to take care when park a car at night. Impress staffs , dinner, onsen, cleanliness, breakfast .. everything at there 🥰

The view is gorgeous! 😍😍 Excellent service 👍🏼👍🏼 Both dinner and breakfast are fine dine to me 😋😋 I love the outdoor onsen!! So cool to have a spa while it’s snowing. The room is traditional Japanese style which is so cool to me and a very good experience

Good services, nice food and osen

The staff welcomed us at the hotel entrance and helped us check in the hotel quickly. The staff was very helpful in explaining the hotel layout and where our meals would take place, and made sure we understood before leaving. The dinner and breakfast service were amazing, the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. Their hotel has an outdoor foot bath with towels provided which I enjoyed immensely. The hotel is very clean and has shuttle service which was convenient since it is on a hill. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My room is spacious, great amenities (foot bath, public indoor and outdoor bath, private family bath and private bath). Staffs are friendly, helpful and very polite. Food was excellent . Shuttle is available to and from station. We enjoyed the place very much, and had fun exploring the premise. No complaints at all and will definitely come back to this historical Ryokan.

Hotel was high up in the hill slope but walkable to Gero Onsen town centre. There was a hiking trail right behind the hotel and was a quite easy walk within an hour.Dinner and breakfast were nice and delicious.
