Ulasan Modern Hotel Georgetown

Ini sangat rata-rata. Jika tidak ada ulasan buruk, saya rasa saya sangat masuk akal. 1. Sesampainya di toko, saya diminta membayar tambahan MYR 100 (deposit, maklum) & MYR 60. Tidak ada sandal dan perlengkapan mandi. Diberitahu hotel sudah habis dan pesanan belum sampai. Saya berulang kali meminta agar hanya dua pasang sandal sekali pakai dan perlengkapan mandi sekali pakai yang disediakan selama lima malam; 2. Dari malam kedua hingga malam kelima, pembersihannya sangat asal-asalan. Mereka bahkan tidak membersihkan bak mandi atau membersihkan kamar! Apa yang terjadi ketika saya keluar di pagi hari dan apa yang terjadi ketika saya kembali ke kamar saya. Saya harus memberi nasihat setiap hari sebelum menyapu lantai dengan sapu. Saya tidak bisa berkata-kata! 3. Di luar rumah, tengah malam ada orang yang bernyanyi karaoke sehingga sulit tidur. Kesimpulannya, saya pasti tidak akan menginap di hotel ini lagi ketika saya ke Penang lagi.

Good location-close to Blue Mansion and walkable to most locations with main bus route around corner. Our room-105, only had 1 window but we kept it shut as faced back street and air conditioning units which hummed all day/night.also our room was behind wooden staircase so imagine foot traffic noise. Nice shower. Roof too sauna was more of a marketing gimmick as too hot to use! Reception staff were hit/miss but never rude. We would return to Penang and only choose Modern for its location-not that cheap really

everything was great, we are all enjoyable and the room is clean. The only not so good thing is the water heater pump gets disrupted the next day morning, when the increase of usage of water heater.

You get what you pay for. It wouldn’t hurt to pay a few more dollars to get a better and more reputable stay across the street. Wasn’t the most ideal stay as the walls are quite thin, we could hear people walking by the corridor quite clearly in the night. There were quite a few stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases, would definitely recommend checking when you first check-in. The tables and the whole room were generally quite dusty - if you have dust allergies, consider yourselves advised. Other than that, the shower floor between the bathroom and the room isn’t properly sealed because after I showered, the water leaked into the room from floor of the shower area. Also - this hotel doesn’t have a lift. So if you’re carrying heavy baggage, you’ll have to climb the flight of stairs. I was sold by the first review I read from this app about the hotel but my experience proved otherwise. If you are looking for a budget hotel and don’t mind these issues, or you don’t plan on staying in the room much then it would be a great choice for you.

個人覺得這個價格一般般，不匹配，首先酒店圖片一樓並不是大堂，邊邊一個小門面才是，前台也不會説中文，同價位別家都有足夠大的公區，好在房間還過得去，算比較大，衞生巾花灑不太行，另外對噪音有要求的就pass吧，窗就是以前的玻璃窗，隔音等於沒有，入住的時候旁邊就寫了現代旅館，這個其實就比旅館好點

El hotel es muy bonito. Es una antigua casa colonial reformada, remodelado con un estilo muy moderno. Sin embargo el mantenimiento no era del todo correcto en la habitación, la pintura se estaba levantando en algunas zonas. Además no tiene ascensor, hay que subir con las maletas a cuestas un par de pisos. La ubicación es perfecta.
