Good stay but family above my floor is very noisy . Im not sure why are they love to run non stop in their living hall. Perhaps practicing for marathon 😂

So special for this time, maybe of full. Room auto upgrade to family room. :)

Quick check in and checkout process, overall clean place, good view of Genting Highlands with access to standard condo facilities. Had a complaint of non working kettle, called and informed multiple times but no action taken.

DIRTY SOOO DIRTY, skip this hotel, toilet smell terrible

Dirty dining table; sofa cover dirty and looks like never wash ; bed sheet dirty ; toilet shower drain blocked ; smelly sewage toilet smell throughout the room ; cockroach in kitchen … Pls make ur your housekeeping worker really do their job properly . Where is your supervisor to monitor their work ?

Customer services good many food easy to find

the location and amenity are quite nice,very near to the food street,easy to live.

There are a few thing need to be improved. Maybe the management can consider to change to smart tv. As there is no netflix/youtube. And the tv always show no signal. And there is broken window knob..Yes it is near to restaurant but whoever come with family on the weekend, the restaurant waiting hour is about 40-60 minutes to get food and if it raining, is hard to get parking and traffic was crowd. Please standby your own food for family who travel with kid. There is no food delivery service by grab/panda. Check in/out process is fast. Instruction is clear. No water dispenser (coway/cuckoo).kettle provided to boil water. Basic Cutlery (only for two pax)

A short stay at this residence suites and this was my second time staying together with my family. The overall experience was somewhat considered ‘so so’ but a few areas require to be fine tune, maintained and given attention to. The bed sheet has the dirty stain on it, the bath room water basin is clogged,, hot water supply seems to be slow (as my daughter and I forced to take cold water shower), no TV program even though the TV is functioning with Athena cable attached and some rooms are a little dusty.

No internet in my room they just told me because of rain that why no internet but when I checked at the router there is no even sign to show no internet

The Bedroom is big with air-cond. Living room has fan, sofa and a big TV. at balcony got chair and table that we can sit there to enjoy the greenery view and cold weather. i felt comfortable to stay there. the building provided free car park just followed the instruction. When check in need to pay deposit rm200 in cash, will return back when check out. Location is good, just 10min drive from Premium Outlet and Awana Skyway.

The unit was pretty comfortable and nice. Some part of the place quite dusty and dirty. The towels were stink. But overall ok and we all had a pleasant stay.
