Apart from the basic amenities, the hotel has some nice touches like gifting a stuff toy (pink snake) and provided a fruit basket on our day of arrival. They also send macarons in a cute box to us every evening.

1st time staying in this 5 star hotel. Really appreciate that the team have arrange a beautiful Anniversary decorations. Hotel is near casino & lot of restaurants. Great location.

The room comes with a stunning view! We love it! It is very spacious and sparkling clean! We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff are friendly and helpful too! This is the first time we encounter a bathroom with sauna facility!

Love the hotel, the location and the size. One bad thing was the window glass outside is moulded, spoiled the view.

This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards. Amazing hotel property, very detailed, almost all properties in my room are amazing, there is a Christmas tree inside my room, free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture , wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality, also bathroom properties from the white company. The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this. The location is perfect inside the mall, next door to mall and theme park. room cleanliness: perfect. Breakfast : not buffet breakfast. food is not varied, little protein. Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

Overall it was good. Love the view from my bed. I think the view is one of the best among all hotels in Genting. One little improvement that is essential is, the blanket is too warm. This blanket only works if Malaysia is snowing. I can’t sleep without blanket, however it’s too hot in this blanket and my sleep was poor despite having a comfy bed.

Beautiful room. However, we had to walk for about 300m to get to our room from the lift lobby as it was the last room which is quite far and tiring to do everyday during our stay. The room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait until almost 5 pm before we could officially check-in. The breakfast provided wasn't great (not buffet) and service was slow.

The room is very nice, clean and comfortable, with concierge service. Hotel itself is very nicely decorated. The service was great.
