The location is pretty convenient, and it is a surprise that before checking in, a public traffic ticket will be sent via email. Btw, the self-check-in process is quick and simple. It's indeed a good experience! My friend likes the hotel's breakfast very much. Five stars!

Hotel was immaculately clean and smelt lovely, room was perfect, location was great, right in the heart of Geneva with easy access to train stations/bus stations and activity pick up points, nice chocolate shop underneath the hotel, with a McDonald’s and a wine and cheese restaurant.
Although the breakfast buffet was all cold food baring boiled eggs, however choice was great, staff very attentive.
Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap enough for Geneva and couldn’t fault it personally.

Fantastic stay from start to finish,
Fantastic location perfect for a couple of days stay. Really safe and perfectly located to all public transport.
Great and answering questions and responding to any quires.

Very disappointing customer service! I heard nothing about the Geneva card which grants you free transport within the city 2 days prior to arrival.
So I emailed them and they replied with incorrect information saying it’s the tourist office which sends this out and gave me a link which had the information stating the complete opposite.
They finally managed to figure it out and send it to on the day just before check in time. This was too late and I had bought a ticket from the airport. Disappointing the hotel staff have no idea about this which we pay with the tourist tax!!!

The Ruby Claire Hotel is situated in central Geneva, very convenient to getting around especially for first time visitors. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rafael, the staff who checked us in, recommended us a number of places of interest worth visiting, showed us the best way (transportation) to get around the city, and public transportation was free as offered by the hotel. Knowing that we’d be staying for three nights, he recommended us to take the “daily make up room service”, rather than the welcome drinks. Good advice! Self service coffee and teas were available for free from the “library” situated on each floor, 24/7. Highly recommended!

Perfectly located in the heart of Geneva’s shopping district with tram and bus stops right at the doorstep. The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms, lovely-smelling toiletries, a cozy lobby bar on the 7th floor. The hotel even provides a link for FREE city transportation upon registration, covering buses, trams, shuttle boats, and trains. For those driving, parking is available at Mont-Blanc car park with but you need to validation at the front desk so that you can get a cheaper rate. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel goes green that u hv many things not provided in the room. Walk to the common room for hot water but the corridor was very dark and creepy. No phone in the room that u can’t call anyone to help the power trip.
