Loved the hotel, the location is AMAZING and the design is second to none, it was my second time there and the extra rooms and the pool construction are now finished. What I found utterly disappointing was the fact that the hotel, the facilities and the restaurant for lunch and dinner are closed most of the week. I arrived to learn that nothing was open on a Monday. I would have expected a call or an email from the Reception desk, outlining this and offering me a reservation or having a food hamper prepared in my room (for a charge of course). My room was nice, and maintenance was okay, but the AC was leaking and made so much noise that I could not sleep all night, Overall, I feel that Jaglhof lacks hospitality experience and a guest-centric process, For example, whilst the hotel facilities where closed one would think the gardener would take care of the greens on those days, but no of course not. This was done once guests arrived. It's the little things that make the experience. Service and Food on the other hand consistently good .. and the wine is very always nice.
