I had an excellent experience with the service and location. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment felt professional and modern.

We greatly enjoyed our winter stay at the Puro Gdańsk. A place is only as good as the staff, and here they really looked after us. Rooms were spotless and comfortable for a 5 night stay. We enjoyed the bar area and restaurant a couple of nights and again the food and service were great. Location is an easy walk to all main tourist areas. Will look out for this chain again when back in Poland, we do tend to come back again and again for the superb food. Gdańsk is right up there for a summer return. thanks!

An absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location. Local amenities are literary on the other side of the road and all the attractions are within a short walk. The staff speak multiple languages which is great if you dont speak Polish. The hotel also organises free events through the week and we can highly recommend the walking tour with the local guide who is absolutely brilliant and entertaining.
The breakfast was lovely and well worth the extra with the variety being offered.
As this local area is currently being developed, there are still some buildings currently being worked on and as a result can be a bit loud in the morning. This however should not discourage you from booking this fantastic hotel.

It's a very nice hotel.
My dislikes are more a personal issue. I don't like heights so having windows looking down into an atrium or glass lifts don't work for me.
Also , didn't sleep well in the room.
So whilst a very nice hotel the personal issues would mean that I wouldn't stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in perfect condition and kept very clean. The design and use of local art really made for a pleasant stay. This is my 3rd Puro and I find them the best place to stay in Poland.
