Best things are the view and the staff. Amazing location too. Very close to the walking bridge connecting Gatineau to Ottawa. Staff super polite, friendly, and helpful. Ambience too poorly looking with a smell of cleaning products that stinks. Linen were washed but a drop of blood stain on it (just throw out the damn thing). Also, too expensive for what it offers with no chance to cancel or modify. Wouldn't recommend

Such an amazing team at the front desk and lovely hotel with amazing and large rooms. Loved the view from the balcony.

Nice friendly and simple hotel, no frills but great value. Has a nice indoor pool, breakfast is ok, rooms are small a little but comfortable. Location is just a little off but still close to both downtown's of Ottawa and Hull .

The location is good. You can experience the French Quarter in Quebec and see the Parliament Hill in Ottawa. It takes only ten minutes to walk to Ottawa. The decoration is old. The sanitary conditions are average. I probably won't choose this one next time.

The location is excellent, convenient for traveling, and the first place to check in and take photos. You can walk across the Capitol Hill to take photos!

If you have a car, the location is good. It has a bridge view that connects Ottawa and Gatineau, so it's quite good. It seems to be a good place for the price. I like that it's close to the History Museum.

Very not recommended, Ctrip paid for the reservation, but when I checked out, I insisted that I didn't pay. That's how much it costs a thousand dollars.

The bed and room were comfortable. Our room could communicate with two other rooms and we really heard our neighbors a lot, despite the closed doors. The breakfast is generous, you had to wait a long time for the most popular foods (eggs, bacon and potatoes!) The service room is really not charming and everything is served with plastic utensils and paper plates. The hotel is well located. It is easy to walk around Ottawa by crossing the bridge. I would stay there again, but without having breakfast and making sure that the room does not communicate with others (for more privacy).
