Ulasan Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone, Ascend Hotel Collection

The view is fantastic! And there’s a hot tub, indoor pool, bikes to ride around the area, and a bear stick if needed. It’s conveniently located 5 min away from Yellowstone entrance.

Hotel was at a good location. Rooms were clean and well done.

Very nice trip, beautiful morning

Our room was very good, and the hotel's front desk service was even better. Because our flight was delayed for more than two hours, it was almost 5 o'clock when we arrived at Salt Lake City International Airport. When we went to the airport Enterprise Car Rental to complete the formalities and pick up the car, it was almost 6 o'clock. The distance from the pick-up point to the hotel is 489ml. We immediately called the hotel front desk and received a warm response, asking us to drive safely. The front desk is a 24-hour service. We arrived at the hotel around 2 o'clock in the morning. The hotel front desk also informed us that we can check out at 12:00pm tomorrow morning. We were deeply touched by the hotel's humane service. At the same time, the hotel's geographical location is very good. It takes 3 minutes to get to Roosevelt Arch and 11 minutes to get to Mammoth Hot Springs. You can visit all the attractions in Yellowstone Park in one day.

I like this hotel. It is very close to Yellowstone Park and the town where the hotel is located has strong western characteristics.

We only stayed one night, so even though the window of the room faced an aisle with basically no view and no windows, it didn't affect our mood too much. I guess if you stay for a few more nights, the hotel will not make this arrangement. The room size and cleanliness are both good. Self-service laundry is provided, but you must remember to queue up early.

The room was nice and the front desk auntie was very friendly! I forgot an important souvenir in the hotel room, so I went to the hotel after leaving Yellowstone to try my luck. The aunt at the front desk enthusiastically helped me find it and got it back. Thank you very much!

Everything else is good, except that the photo on the homepage is of the Mammoth Hotel in the park, but it is actually the Mammoth Motel in town. I felt cheated. We thought it was a hotel in the park, but it turned out to be a fake one.

The service and management are very good and unique!

There is no elevator. There is a supermarket close to the hotel with a lot of food. After doing some shopping, continue driving.

Not bad, close to Yellowstone Park

The hotel is still good. However, Best Western Hotel is prejudiced against Chinese people. It has appeared several times and arranged the room in the most unfavorable location. This time it was resolved with the help of Ctrip's customer service.

I like this hotel so much. The location is great and the scenery is beautiful. You can even see small animals at dusk.

Hygiene is worrying, facilities do not match the price
