The Moon Hotel is certainly well located, in the heart of the main avenue of 甘孜县. The cleaning of the rooms however lacks rigor. The welcome was very pleasant.

I told the front desk that the door was broken and I couldn't lock it from the inside. The front desk told me that it was not locked and I couldn't get in. They just ignored it and had an indifferent attitude. The bedding has not been changed. If it is damaged, it is not a big deal. It should be changed after every guest! It's the end of June in this area and it's still quite cold. I don't understand that there is no air conditioning. I should have an electric blanket, but there isn't. It's cold when I sleep. The best thing is that the price is cheap. I am traveling late and don’t want to bother anymore. I still can’t save 2 or 30 yuan in the future. There are hundreds of reviews for hotels in the same area that are a few dozen more expensive. It should be more authentic and trustworthy.

Although the room is not big, it is well-equipped, especially the large glass window facing the open landscape, with a magnificent view of the mountains. The white tower can be lit at night, which is great value for money.

The viewing room can see the panoramic view of Baita Temple, which is very beautiful at night. The room design is also very reasonable, the bathroom is also very good, clean and hygienic. You can park for free, and you can enjoy free breakfast in the morning. Although it is simple, it tastes delicious. The front desk service is also very good and the price/performance ratio is very good. The only drawback is that the toilet in the room does not flush smoothly.

You can't really complain. A good price with a view of the mountains. The receptionist was friendly, but practically lives behind the scenes, so everyone can do as they please. So everything would actually be great... unfortunately the walls are made of Chinese papier-mâché. In the middle of the night you can hear loud mating calls echoing through the walls and in the morning the alarm clocks echo into your room. All in all an interesting experience, I can only recommend it.

This kind of place can only have such conditions, don't ask for too much. I asked for the linen to be changed when it arrived. The aunt was very reluctant, but she changed it after repeated requests. Just one night.

The room is very nice. The lady at the front desk is very polite. Parking is convenient and it’s worth staying.

ガンゼの中心地にあり、シェアタクシー乗り場からも徒歩10分ぐらいです。ガンゼには2つのお寺があり、お散歩したりとても楽しかったです。近くに飲食店もあり、温泉や白塔公園にもとても近いです。何よりスタッフの女性がとても優しいです。シェアタクシー乗り場を教えてくださったり、とても親身になってサポートしてくださいました。ガンゼを訪れた際は、ぜひ利用してみてください。

性價比超高的一家店，乾淨整潔，景觀大窗，值得推薦

下午3點去了停水停電，對面和隔壁的酒店都發電機發電，他家啥都沒；説的晚上7-8點來電，結果我們吃完逛完回來都9點了，還沒來電，前台沒人，電話也打不通，各種聯繫不上，我們一羣人蹲在酒店大廳等，通過去哪兒客服聯繫上了前台，問啥時候來電不知道，我們想退房住有電的酒店，前台就各種推卸責任，拒絕退房也不給解決方案，一直拖到半夜來電我們才入住；結果入住後發現房間各種臟亂差，觀景房玻璃全是污垢，床上用品也有味道，避雷，慎住

設施一般，馬桶蓋是脱落的，房間的Wi-Fi信號很差，估計那天正好趕上那裡在搞活動，人多酒店價格也較高，位置還好有自己的停車位，雖然停車場較小

酒店位於城區邊，風景優美。房間內乾淨整潔，服務態度尚可。衹是熱水很小且熱度不太穩定。酒店贈送早餐，品種雖少，但聊勝於無。
