Very terrible experience the staff was non cooperative, service is below 3rd class I'll never ever stay in ramada property again in my life. It was really very terrible. There are such untrained staff also especially in gangtok no bowl for dal also

Marvellous stay. Warm hospitality courteous and friendly staff. It was pleasant stay in ramada hotel and warm welcome by Miss Nisha with her big smile my c-in was smoothly and the room were very good,food was tasty and the breakfast spread was hugs so I enjoy with food and staying in ramada thank you .

We visited the sky deck at Ramada by Wyndham for dinner and snacks and had an amazing experience amidst the clouds and awesome service by the team and specially the hostess Ongkit was very warm and caring , she always kept an eye for our needs and gave us a very good dining experience.

Staff are excellent (Ms Bishnu & Rupa), and the hotel is very pretty, with fantastic views of the hills town and mountains (from mountain view rooms). The food was good at the main lounge, we didn't try the skybar. However the duplex rooms are surprisingly noisy. We could hear pigeons roosting in the false ceiling, loud jazz music from the hallway (we told the reception 2 nights in a row to turn it down). The doors need soundproofing as well, there were many children & families talking in the corridor which we could hear clearly at 11.30pm. Would have been 5-stars but let down only by the noise in the room.

Good hotel , neat and clean room , Ramada Hotel GM mr mukesh works with agility and enthusiasm, During my family dinner, I observed that he was working very hard and was also attending the guests...If all the hotel GM pay attention to their hotel like Mr. Mukesh, then there will never be any hotel complaint..great work mr mukesh

Worse experience i ever had in my life. Such a poor hospitality i ever seen, they are serving ala carte first, no food available for buffet, nothing is available in buffet. We are 8 couples with total 28paks. I booked 9 rooms with this property. They charged us for lemon.

The pool was not temperature controlled.....food was very average in vegetarian option in the restaurant at the lobby ... Food at the skydeck was not operating in the evening.... ****** was a good experience again the food was very bad in veg options .....

The food and hotel cleanliness/ facilities were of top quality. The staff very cordial except one Ms. Renne. Her behaviour and way of talking was shocking. I just didn’t replied her but let other staff know about it. We were two families and both were spellbound seeing her behaviour. The only reason I have not given 5 stars for the review as behaviour stands above anything else. Thanks and regards

We stayed in the property for 2 nights. Hospitality, room cleanlines, room service was excellent. Dinner and breakfast was wonderful. Loved the stay and intend to visit again in future. It would be better if the parking space can be better and more accessible.
