The stay was good, comfortable. Location was outside the market place. So had some problem. Stuffs there was co-operative, decent but inadequate. There was no cook or kuchen stuff, some how reception tried to manage it. But very poor & price was exorbitant. Overall service & stuff inadequate.

This hotel is newly built. Interior is awesome. Bedroom is spacious with a beautiful mountain view. Staffs are cooperative. I stayed in july which is off season, so got very good discount. Food is very costly and the hotel is situated quite far from centre of gangtok, so extra taxi fares will be burden

and let me be very honest, 7 mirror hotel is best in gangtok.

also the staff is very helpful and polite. mr.abhishek pradan (owner) is gem of a person. he helped me in difficult times, when go air flight was cancelled. many thanks 🙏 7 mirror hotel and mr. abhishek for great hospitality. would love to visit again.🙂
