The waiter asked enthusiastically whether coffee and tea should be served first, and we agreed. Another group of people arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes later. After waiting for 20 minutes, our meals started to be served one after another, and we were served alternately with the group of people who came later. At 8:10, our meals were not served yet. We said that we were running out of time and hoped that coffee and tea would be served first so that we could drink them and leave. When we had to leave at 8:25, there was only tea, unfortunately, no coffee. Therefore, the breakfast experience diluted the perfect experience before breakfast. I hope the hotel can improve it.

Agnus Unawatuna is a little up into the hills, but the trip up is so worth it. We booked this villa for 4 nights. Two rooms on the first floor. There are two more rooms on the second. The third floor houses a restaurant. We got great aesthetic pleasure from the location and layout. Everything is done wisely. The territory is not large, but very cozy, with a beautiful terrace and lawn, turning into a jungle with a pond. The hotel is managed and serviced by a wonderful family. Very kind and helpful people. At our request, they organized two evenings with seafood barbecue for us. Monkeys, peacocks, and other birds pleased us with their visit - they added exoticism. We did not want to leave. And when our hotel reservation in Negombo was cancelled, we were happy to extend our stay here for another two days. The sea is nearby, but not very suitable for swimming. We went by bus or taxi to the beaches of Unawatuna for about 10 minutes. We really liked Jungle Beach. We definitely recommend it.
