Ulasan Blue Beach Galle

There was an unusual smell in the room, like covering up a mildew smell with cleaning solution. Good A/C & nice balcony, but there was an odor to it and you could hear the train pass by. The beach across the street was walkable but not a pleasant area for swimming due to the fishing boats (rotting fish bits) and litter. More litter than other beaches in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was good with a nice dining area overlooking the coastline.

I booked this hotel for a friend for one night and the room was good and quite large. However, the food quality was really disappointing. The food served was of very low quality and tasted terrible. It was a let down, especially since the room was otherwise quite nice. While this is a decent place to stay for the room quality, I would strongly recommend against purchasing any food on-site. The food was so bad that it overshadowed the positive aspects of the hotel stay. The hotel management should look into improving the quality of the food offerings to provide a more well-rounded guest experience. Until the food issues are addressed, I would advise travelers to avoid dining at this hotel and to seek out other dining options nearby instead.

Great hotel, clean room, friendly reception. A bit far from the beaches, but it's not a problem, you can get there by tuk-tuk, bus or bike. I recommend visiting! 👍

Everything was fine, friendly staff... But for 4 days no one came to clean and every time we had to call and ask for everything (towel, toilet paper, etc..)

The transportation is convenient, the hotel staff is very good, the hygiene is good, and there is a restaurant on the top floor

The guy at the front desk was very nice. He patiently told me how long it would take to walk and which direction to go when asking about nearby banks and restaurants. The room was not very big, nor was it new. It was a little different from the pictures. There was a train track under the balcony. Fortunately, the trains were not dense and only passed by once in a while. But it was okay for a temporary stay for one night, after all, the price was very cheap.

Hotel was good and sea view is excellent. Good thing is they have Indian restaurant besides the hotel.

Superb location facing sea beach. Neat and clean accommodation. Staff highly courteous. Breakfast sumptous. Truly, value for money. Highly recommended for stay.

Location is bit outside of galle town, but close by to unawatuna. Food was good, tried fried rice. Service was average, kept waiting for hotel staff for luggage during checkout for 15 min and did not come after that too. Train tracks just outside the hotel so kind of noisy. Weird policy of clearing the inroom dining bill on the spot while food has arrived, the staff keeps waiting in your room to clear the bill. Room was spacious, good bathroom, neat and clean property.
