Very clean and confortable rooms! The bead is confortable and the sheets are good quality! Position is really nice you have a lot of restourants and convenient stores! metro is fairly close by, the land lady is really gentle and available! i will come back

After staying in a stuffy and dirty hotel room our first night we ended finding this gem and booked for 2 nights. On our second night we found out there is a Shake Shack in MixC mall which was a blessing. Also, we love that they gave disposable towels. Would book again when visiting Fuzhou.

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights stay. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. Bedsheets used were white in colour like normal hotels. Towels were disposable type. Overseas guests be warned that you need to get in touch with the rooms owner. Luckily for us we had Wechat. Our air transfer driver did assisted us by calling the owner on his phone. That was because your room number and at which floor with the door security key numbers as well as the room door code would be send to you. Secondly, once you gained entrance to your apartment unit, you needed to go up a flight of stairs (troublesome with luggage). Each apartment unit, the owner had converted to either 2 or 3 individual rooms. Location was near a lot of eateries and we even managed to have supper around midnight at one of the eateries inside the apartment complex. Also there were a number of convenience stores that opened till late or even 24 hours. There was a metro station within 15 minutes walk. One added bonus was that there was a washing machine inside the room Concluding, the owner should have sent the doors security codes to us via Trip.com to avoid the hustle in checking in

設施：公寓式民宿，設施完備，有洗衣機、洗菜池、空調等，衣櫃的設計也蠻有特色的。分為內外套間，剛開門那裡有點狹窄，由於內部設計的原因（比如陽台佔據一定空間，實際可使用的面積相對較小）。投影很好，可以滿足觀影需求。 衞生：衞生良好，一次性毛巾和浴巾。 環境：靠近萬象城，交通整體便捷。 服務：自助入住，回覆及時。

房間衞生整潔舒適， 設施：一應俱全 環境：馬路對面就是萬象城，非常方便 服務：老闆迴應迅速，得知我帶着孩子出遊多方面照顧，十分貼心周到 下次來福州還會再住這裏！

這種民宿還是很適合一家人旅遊，又不喜被打擾的，房子很整潔，帶洗烘一體機，又不用擔心衣服換洗曬不幹。退房我們也把房間稍微整理一下給店家微信交接，真的很方便

地理位置非常方便，樓下很多吃飯的，對面就是萬象城，春節期間連住了三天，老闆服務非常棒，床品也很乾凈，配的毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，非常便捷，整體很滿意

房間在28樓，雖然不是很大但很精緻，周邊交通便利，餐飲店也多，説實話在萬象城那種位置能住到這種價位的房間確實不容易，關鍵還超出了預期，房間裏有洗衣機，對於旅行在外的人來説太方便了。

地理位置好，交通便捷，去三坊七巷，西禪寺，福建博物院都挺近。樓下各種吃喝的也非常方便。房間有帶烘乾的洗衣機，有冰箱，有投影，有晾衣服的陽台，旅行選擇這裏挺不錯的。
