We stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch. The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options. The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

During the Christmas holiday, we chose to stay at this hotel and reserved the family room, consisting of two interconnected rooms with a connecting door. The bathroom impressed us with its good quality, efficient hot water shower, and the added comfort of a warm toilet seat equipped with a water jet spray. The breakfast offered a traditional Chinese style with dumplings, porridge, fruits, and more. The standout feature of this hotel is its prime location in the heart of the renowned Three Lanes Seven Alleys area, surrounded by numerous traditional shops and cuisines. Although the sound insulation could be improved, as we could hear the voices from the adjacent room, given the hotel's heritage site setting, we understand there are limitations. The hotel staff were attentive, addressing our needs and even assisting with travel arrangements to the airport. Overall, our stay was satisfying.

The boutique hotel is located within the famed sanfangqixiang tourist area and is a refurbished olden style building. Many eateries and malls around and walkable from the train station. Breakfast is provided which allowed us to try the local style fishballs and wantons. The staff also drove a buggy to help us get our luggage from the hotel to the edge of the tourist area when we left. However because the building is so old, the floorboards within the room creaks a lot when walked on. We were there in June (summer) and there were mosquitoes in the room even though we closed the windows and doors. The mini fridge was plugged in but it didn’t seem to work. The room is also a lot smaller than how the picture shows, since the picture was taken with a wide angle lens. Overall an interesting and functional hotel for 1-2 nights stay.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that breakfast wasn't included in my room reservation, contrary to what was stated. I promptly reached out to trip.com to address this discrepancy. While the room was on the smaller side, it was still satisfactory, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location, approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station, was convenient, with shops nearby. The breakfast provided was acceptable. All things considered, the hotel offered good value for the price.

The hotel was very satisfying. I came here as soon as I arrived in Fuzhou. The location is a plus. There are scenic spots all around. It is close to the center of Fuzhou and very convenient for travel. Sanfang Qixiang is just opposite the hotel. Fuzhou is a good city. The hotel waiters and the front desk lady are super nice. The service is in place and very gentle. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The hotel decoration style is clean. I will stay here again next time I come to Fuzhou! This hotel is my first choice

This hotel has very convenient transportation. It is located in the center of Gulou District. The entrance is right at Exit D3 of the subway station. Walk 30 meters from the exit and turn left to find the hotel elevator. It is about a 15-minute walk from Sanfang Qixiang. If you don't want to walk, you can take the subway to Sanfang Qixiang in just one stop. It is also very close to May Day Square and Fuzhou Grand Theater. There are also mosques, Daming Food Street, Fuzhou Museum and other attractions nearby. There are a wide variety of food and drinks downstairs. The rooms have good lighting, are not depressing and are very bright. The hotel is newly renovated in a very good style, with complete facilities, clean and tidy, and a smart toilet. The front desk provides free snacks, tea and disposable items for guests to use, which is very considerate. The front desk service is also very good, warm and polite, and can provide help in a timely manner. It's a loft room. The overall space is not big, but it's OK as a transition for the first night. The price-performance ratio is still very good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Sanfang Qixiang.
