"Overall, it was pretty good. There was a good range of activities, and we saw quite a few small animals in the mountain area. The two-bedroom unit was ideal for our family. Breakfast was also good. My only minor quibbles would be that some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It would have been even better if the TV was a smart TV (like Xiaomi) with access to TV series, and a night light was missing. Otherwise, no major complaints. Although the complimentary perks largely covered what was offered, my 65-year-old parents, despite being quite active, found many activities unsuitable and might have gotten a little bored."

"Pros: The hotel's setting is lovely, and the service is excellent. Cons: Staff seemed inexperienced, and there were too few people handling check-ins, possibly due to consistently low occupancy. The hotel itself isn't particularly interesting, but there are many activities and excursions available; the ginseng digging was a good experience. The rafting trip was too long and felt too primitive and desolate. You absolutely need a car to stay here."

"The room was good and the bed was massive, but the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. Fortunately, Changbai Mountain gets cool at night, so opening the balcony door allowed for a comfortable sleep. The illuminated lawn (which serves as a ski slope in winter) was a great spot for an evening jog; it was truly refreshing. Pros: A wide range of activities, well-rounded facilities, and an excellent hotel location (though its proximity to the commercial street meant it could be a bit noisy). The breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The air conditioning wasn't cooling adequately, the swimming pool only opened at 1 PM, and the Hanla Mountain Hot Springs were extremely overcrowded."

"The hotel is incredibly convenient, designed like a large park with electric buggies readily available for easy transportation throughout. Our package deal offered fantastic value for a two-night stay and included numerous complimentary activities. Although the breakfast and dinner vouchers were originally only for two adults and one child, our dedicated staff member (No. 8) generously provided us with vouchers for two adults and two children. The housekeeping service was also impeccable! A thoroughly enjoyable experience."

"Facilities: A trip to Changbai Mountain is primarily for Tianchi Lake, and whether you get to see it often comes down to luck. The great thing about Jin Hua is its excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, arcade games, and a mahjong room. This means even on a rainy day, you won't be bored or stuck with nothing to do. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was up to par. Environment: The hotel is located right next to the ski resort, which in summer transforms into lush green meadows. It's essentially the closest hotel to all the recreational facilities within the park. Service: Excellent. Our dedicated service staff, Jason Sui, proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat even before our arrival. She promptly responded to all our inquiries regarding park services and updates on Tianchi Lake's opening status. Thanks to her helpful updates and good wishes, we managed to witness the stunning Tianchi Lake, even after it had been closed for three consecutive days."

"Hotel is located directly in the Wanda international ski resort, near the smaller ski service center. There is also a shuttle bus every half an hour to the big skiing center, which is convenient for everyone who would like to start their skiing experience there. However, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel staff members didn’t speak English, or just very little and therefore every issue or request was handled using the translation machine (and the translation wasn’t very accurate). Even though the staff was trying to be helpful, translating every single sentence was frustrating and tiring to say the least and both the staff and even us have gotten annoyed with the rather lengthy process. Accommodation charges included also 3 skiing tickets (equipment included). Although it might be a big plus for a family with 1 child, for us it wasn’t that much of an advantage. We wanted to buy the same rights and benefits for our second child, but it wasn’t possible, so every day we needed to start with buying a skiing ticket for one child and renting an equipment, as it wasn’t possible to buy the ticket and renting the equipment for the whole week. The hotel breakfast was very tasty with variety of choices. Mostly Chinese options with fewer western style food, but this wasn’t problem for us, as we like Chinese options more. We were also satisfied with cleanliness and hotel amenities, a little convenience store directly in the lobby was also nice to have."

"Bringing my child to the Swiss Hotel during the summer vacation was an incredibly smart decision. Right after checking in, we connected with our butler, Andy, on WeChat, and he was always quick to answer any questions. Our building was perfectly situated near the commercial street, making getting around super convenient, with a 24-hour supermarket just outside our door. The hotel offered so many complimentary activities we couldn't try them all! The UTV off-roading and the suspension bridge were definitely the highlights. With several kids' playgrounds, my child enthusiastically declared it the best hotel she's ever stayed at. Plenty of hotel shuttle buses meant we never had to wait long. Evenings featured spectacular molten iron shows and bonfire parties – now *that's* truly the way to kick off a vacation! The summer evening temperatures in Changbai Mountain were perfectly comfortable; I was initially worried about it being cold, but that wasn't an issue at all. A huge thank you again to Andy for his excellent service! 👍"

"The hotel environment is very beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the furniture and electrical appliances are of high quality, the staff are very warm and thoughtful, and the service is considerate and meticulous. The free entertainment projects are rich and interesting, the hot springs are very refreshing, and the breakfast is very rich, with free-range eggs and freshly ground coffee. The sincerity of the hotel can be felt in every detail, and I will come again in the future!"

"I personally think this is the best hotel in Yosemite. Small but exquisite, with a delicious breakfast. Located at the highest point, it offers a fantastic view. Unfortunately, my room overlooked the sloped roof below, which partially obstructed my view. Otherwise, I couldn't praise it enough. The resort's activities were enough to make up for the long stay. The bedding, coffee capsules, minibar, and unlimited mineral water all reflect the hotel's quality. In short, it's the best choice for a trip to Yosemite. You can lie back and enjoy the view from the balcony all day."

"The service housekeeper Yu Lingshan provided very good service. We started to contact her before we checked in. After we arrived by high-speed rail, we found that it took two hours to drive to the hotel. During the Spring Festival, taxis were unwilling to accept orders. We contacted Yu temporarily and she immediately helped us find a chartered car. She was very timely and helpful. Later, she provided help for all our problems during our stay. Thank you very much. The temperature in the hotel was very good, but there were not many items. The front desk was not very enthusiastic. There was no communication when checking in. I gave her my ID card and she gave me the room card. Later, I called to ask for the WIFI password and the floor where the breakfast was."
