All I can say is that it is a pretty decent hotel and close to the shops. Have gym and laundry facilities. They have welcome wine and photo for guests. The staff are also very helpful. The problem is that it is very far away from hakata station.

Cleanliness was terrible. We are a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. After our first night, we came back and found that our cups were not washed and instead were just turned upside down to make it look that they were cleaned. The staff rummaged through our bins and left the contents at the side of the bin. Carpet was not cleaned at all for the 5 nights we were there. The bottle of body soap was empty and we left it on the sink to make sure the cleaning staff see it and replenish. But guess what??? We came back and it was still in the sink and empty. Whilst the front desk staff try to rectify, the housekeeping staff is certainly the worst I have ever seen.

new hotel, nice staff & helpful. but walk to MTR needs 10 mins. the store located at downstair. all fine.

Nice little room with all necessary amenities especially smart TV and wireless phone charger.

The location is good, the room kept tidy and clean. However, I was disappointed by the persistent unpleasant smell in the toilet.

Friendly helpful staff. Helped us booked a taxi for early morning flight out. Location is great, midpoint between Hakata and Tienjin. Canal City mall and yatai stalls along river are 15-20 mins walk from hotel. Convenient stores are around the corners. Room is quiet and free wine is available to guests anytime. However, room lights are abit dim, toilet & bathroom felt alittle stale due standing shower.

First of all, thank you so much for the warm hospitality provided by the professional and kind-hearted staff. The facilities such as gym and laundry are so helpful especially during my stay that rained most of time. I would like to give special thanks to one of your front-desk staff called Yu-San ( a gentleman from HK) who assisted me to make restaurant reservations, also guiding where to go during my stay in Fukuoka. Overall good location, good staff very helpful. Decent room zith comfy bed. Slept like a baby. Reasonable value for money for Fukuoka

nice and responsive service and short walk to nightmarkert and night life area

Pros: Near to subway. Free wine and coffee. Near to some attractions. Cons: Gym room is quite small. The pillow height is a problem for me. Overall, this hotel is nice.

Best hotel in Fukuoka...close to many attractions and restaurants..close to subway station... Walking distance to many tourists attractions... definitely will come back one day...

location is convenient about 200m from subway staff is friendly but they are not fluently in English but they can use translator room is clean and useful.
