The hotel locates to a nearby subway exit. The hotel is a bit worn out. The room is relatively small.

The hotel is located at Tenjin and cery convinient to shopping and visit many tourist attractions.It is my 3 rd time to stayed in this hotel. Staff was nice and I love sky onsen.

Good location. An old hotel although well kept. Not particularly interesting. Rooms are of medium size.

I traveled to Fukuoka with my daughter. The room was not very small, but not very big either. The location was very good. The large bath was very comfortable, and the heat of the sauna was very strong! The only problem was the room cleaning. I had put up the room cleaning sticker before 9 o'clock, but we didn't go out at 9 o'clock. The housekeeping person knocked on my door three times and asked me if I wanted the room cleaned. I had already put up the room cleaning sticker. Asking him to wait for a while and come back at 11 o'clock is a bit annoying!

The location is quiet in a busy area, just a few minutes away from the subway. The hotel reception staff is friendly and kind. There is a large bathhouse which is very convenient. It is very comfortable to take a bath after walking all day. The only thing is there is no free bottled drinking water.

There was dust under the bedside lamp in the room. The hotel is very methodical. I couldn't put my garbage into the trash can, so I put it on the table and they didn't collect it for me. However, the open-air bath on the rooftop is great. You must take a bath there.

However, there were many things I was disappointed with in the facilities, so I wanted to leave my honest subjective review, and I hope those who are planning to make a reservation will find it helpful. First of all, the room was very small. If you put a suitcase down on the floor, there was no space at all. The bathroom shower room was also a single room, but it was really small, and the ceiling was low, so it felt stuffy and suffocating, so I personally had a hard time using the bathroom. The carpet in the room was dusty, so I suffered from sneezing all night, so I opened the window to ventilate the room when I went out. I think the slippers were not disposable but shared. They were old, so they were dirty, worn-out, and felt like I would get athlete's foot, so I bought them from outside and used them. The electric pot was full of water, so I didn't use it. The most important thing is that I booked it because it had a large bath, but the door to the outdoor bath was so heavy that it was hard to open, so two people had to struggle to open it. An old lady told the staff, and only then did they oil it and I could barely open and close it. The bathroom floor was slippery, so I had to walk with my toes, and the dryer fan was full of dust, so it smelled like smoke when I used it, which was very uncomfortable and scary. You can freely take amenities on the 9th floor, but compared to many hotels I've been to, there weren't many kinds, and I had to ask the front desk for a toothbrush, so I was careful when asking. In conclusion, this is a hotel that I wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.

The hotel facilities are okay, the rooms are relatively small, I can only say that it is convenient for shopping, and parking downstairs is very convenient for 2,000 yen a day.

I used the Cadeo chain in Nagasaki and stayed in Fukuoka as well, with small but cozy and clean facilities and delicate service. I was a little disappointed that the facilities were older than in Nagasaki.
