Ulasan Hotel Kasugai

I have never been impressed by an awesome place like this before, more understanding of customer attraction. If we have a chance to go back there, we won't miss visiting their place again, thanks.❤️

A classic old-school modern hotel with ryokan-type service. The room is huge and has excellent views of the river. On a good day, it should be possible to see Mount Fuji as well. There is also big onsen area with an outdoor bath area. Dinner is served on the ground floor restaurant and it was a delicious multicourse meal which includes really good wagyu steak with wasabi shoyuzuke. Dessert also includes the region's famed grapes. Breakfast was served buffet style with selection of Japanese and western items. I drove to the hotel with a rental car. It is not too far from a station on a local line but I recommend driving around to explore instead. The patrons to the hotel also seemed more local.

住了两晚，舒服宁静，房大食物好吃，員工有禮，就位置遠一点，但有接驳巴士，還好，洗滌心靈

房間很大很舒適，床褥非常好。絕對想再入住。

まず、ロビーに到着した時に、いらっしゃいませの言葉が無かった。今回は還暦の祝いで、年とった両親に招待されたが、予約した部屋の眺望が悪くて、川側の部屋をリクエストしたはずなので、部屋をチェンジしてほしいと、ホテル側に訴えて、なんだかんだと、もめながら、やっと替えてもらった。 予約時に川側と伝えたが、確約が出来ないことを、年老いた母は、きちんと理解出来ていなかったらしいが、川側が無理なら無理と、事前に連絡が欲しかった。 替えてもらった部屋は、古い感じ満載の洋室で、眺望こそ良いが、還暦の祝に泊まるにはいかがなものかと思った。 以前に泊まったことのある部屋は満室らしいので、仕方がないとの事。 でも、私が実際泊まってみて、露店風呂に人はひとりもおらず、ロビーにも誰にもすれ違わず、エレベーターも、誰一人として乗って来ず、朝食会場には、3組の泊まり客しかいなくて、どうやったら、その、泊まりたかった部屋が満室になるのか理解不能だった。 せっかくの還暦の祝いが台無しと、両親は残念がっていた。 夕食も、懐石とは名ばかりで、美味しくなかった。 塩辛くて食べられなかった物や、カサカサの揚げ物。 古臭い器。 朝食に出されたシャインマスカットは、私がいつも食べている物とは、まるで別物のようなブヨブヨなシャインマスカット？でした。 温泉は、、、温泉って、こんなだっけ？ 手が、カサカサガリガリ、、、になってしまった。 因みに、私は年に2、3回、伊東温泉に出掛けてますが、カサカサガリガリになったことは、一度もないです。
