Hotel is very nice , breakfast tastes very good and near by the airport .6 minutes to airport by bus and there is a big parking lots outside

Good choice of hotel for a short stay near Munich Airport! Great value for money. There is a bus line just outside of the hotel that takes only 6 mins to get to the airport! Free tea and coffee in the hotel lobby if you don't fancy anything at the bar...

As an airport hotel, the location is not to conviene. The room was okay but the service is nice

This is an absolutely beautiful 2 star hotel. It is not an airport hotel. It is a hotel near the airport. Didn't have time to use sauna, so I don't know. I waited well over an hour for the hotel shuttle. Watched all the airport hotel shuttles come and go. I couldn't call hotel with either my French or US Sim card. When they started to come back I just got a taxi. Upon checking in I was informed you take the city bus. I looked at my reservation and it clearly says "local shuttle" and on another site it says something like "concierge car service" Absolutely no mention of taking a bus anywhere. I looked through my confirmation emails. Not one word. That is the primary attribute of an "Airport hotel" you fly in, jump on shuttle, get a lousy night's sleep, a shower, breakfast, and back on the shuttle. No thinking required. The should either provide the advertised services, or change the advertising.

Very nice hotel the location is near to the airport which is very good for a next day flight

This is one of the hotel that does not provide a free shuttle. However there is a bus that goes there, comes every hour for below Eur 2. So if you are doing a layover and needs a place convenient enough, this is good. Pick up and drop off is at Terminal 1.

Near to Munich airport and 400 mtr from subway connecting airport Bus to drop off at airport just outside hotel in every 20 mins so very convenient Hotel rooms are clean and of good standard Lobby restaurant is very lively in evening Breakfast is not value for money..very less choices for money charged

Hotel is fine, the staff is nice. Novotel airport is easy to reach by the public bus shuttle. No issue to catch a flight even very early in the morning. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The squarish "sleeping factory" design of the hotel features long corridors flanked with rabbit holes doors... Depending on where your room is located by reaching the lift, your daily jogging is done.

usual, for business trip only, one station to airport, not convenient for metro bit very convenient for bus, there is a bus station just 20meters.away the hotel, the breakfast is fine, even not so perfect.
