部屋へのアクセスも良くすぐ、わかりました。部屋も綺麗で、フロントの人も親切で、感じが良かったです。

We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were super clean, nicely decorated, and the beds and pillows were terrific. At a couple of the hotels we stayed at lately. The bed has been so high that it’s hard to get into. This bed is a regular height And it made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Wasn’t happy about an hour after I had checked in I showered and laid in the bed to realize a roach was crawling on the wall. I went to the service desk to ask for a refund and so I could not change my room, nor given a refund. I am not happy at all. I feel a full or partial refund should be given to me.

Good morning,
So after checking in at about 9pm with a rather rude man, we went to the room, and immediately the toilet clogged after my daughter used it. I called the front desk to ask if someone could please plunge it, the same man asked if I could come to the front desk to get the plunger myself, I went and he handed me a plunger in a nasty, wet/dirty plastic bag. I plunged the toilet myself, and returned the plunger to the man. Really? I mean...really? I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, both better and worse, and have never been asked to plunge my own toilet. Kind of unacceptable if you ask me. Thanks.

Very kind staff. We had to get out super early before they were serving breakfast and the staff still gave my girls chocolate milk and got out some breakfast options for them. I really appreciated it.

The room was clean. Bed not the most comfortable but had worse. Restaurants really close within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was very limited on selection and mostly microwavable items. So if you're looking for a warm breakfast (ie waffle maker, eggs, meat) this is not the place for you.
