The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus.

The property is in a sketchy part of town, about a block from a ***** of "sex hotels" and large amounts of homeless. The room itself had a bunch of scuff marks on the dirty walls, scarred vynil flooring, and a bunch of cigarette trash on the balcony. The rooms are hot due to no air flow and if you leave the windows open at night the mosquitoes will eat you alive.

I would give it zero stars if possibile.... think of your worst nightmare and most rude awfull customer service and then double it. While the pictures look okay for this fake 4 star hotel with no Ac, you just can't use the place as is too hot inside and you are the roast, and if you open the windows is too loud, the mini fan wasn't working either, not that it would help with anything. Outside lots of sketchy people, ***** ... plain scary. No customer service on site, and when you call them, they keep lying and stringing you along with lies and promises. Wanted to upgrade to a new room that had AC for the remaining 3 days of my stay (as AC doesn't come with the 4 star hotel rating...lol) but they told me I would loose the entire paid booking for 4 days and need to pay for a new room from scratch... just plain ridiculous and simply rude. Please just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, anywhere.... was so unbearable for us that we just left after the first night...

What a welcoming, smart, clean and super comfortable experience. I was a weary traveler and the apartment felt like a spa treatment. The hosts had thought of everything and communication with them was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Horrible service! Worst experience I've ever had with the hotels in my entire life!! Not only the rooms are super contaminated, dusty, very poorly cleaned and bad smelling, lokated in extremely horrible area (definitely the worst one in the whole Frankfurt), but even their service is also as horrible as the area. We booked 21 nights at that hotel but due to the circumstances, needed to extend a stay for just one more night, we notified about that a week before but still they decided to charge us 164 EUR for that one night even though our booking was already for 21 nights

I had originally planned to spend three nights at the numa but ended up checking out a day early due to the unbearable heat in the room. As there is no AC, the temperature stayed above 30 degrees Celsius at night (even with the roller shutters down all day) which led to some health issues. The numa provides one small fan for the room which is a nice thought but also didn't offer any sort of relief. I'd seriously suggest in investing into proper AC (units), as hot summer days made the room feel uninhabitable. Overall, cleanliness was also lacking. The fridge was rather dirty which didn't really make me want to leave any of my food or drinks in there. Additionally, the dark, moldy spots in the shower weren't too inviting. I also couldn't use the rain-/waterfall shower head, as it seemed partially broken which led to water splashing everywhere, both in- and outside of the shower.
