The hotel is in a great location, easy to find, and parking is convenient and free! There is a small river in front of the hotel. The environment is very good. I had a meal in the small restaurant next to it and couldn't help but take a walk. The lobby is also bright and spacious, the room is clean and has a balcony. The most important thing is that the bed is comfortable😌

Come to Leliu and watch their food festival. There are many people there. It’s very lively and there are a lot of delicious food on the first floor of their hotel. Stayed one night with them. The rooms are clean and the service is good. There is also a laundry room for drying. Driving and parking is very convenient. You can park for free if you stay here. Their facilities are complete. The night view at night is very good. There is Leliu Middle School next to it. Sound insulation is also very good. There is a river next to it. The city scenery is very beautiful. It should be considered the most luxurious one in Leliu, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. There are also many restaurants. Some large supermarkets. They provide accommodation and accommodation here for business trips, which is very convenient. I'll stay with them again next time I come to Leliu. .

The front desk service is OK, the hotel environment is not flattering, there is a relatively large damp smell in the room, our room is close to the street, the sliding window is old and not closed tightly, and it is very noisy to sleep well all night. The headlights in the room are dim, the lampshade is yellow, and the inside should be wiped. The towel was also used for a long time, flying, and a bath towel had a big hole. Although the room rate is not expensive, the facilities are really a little worse. The overall price is average, make do with it.

The hotel staff who clean the rooms are very polite, and when I see them in the corridor, they smile and say hello. This is really great! The staff at the front desk are warm, attentive, and polite. DDavid Loo CWArrived by railway from Zhuhai on a raining day, had to take a taxi to this hotel, driver have a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it was well hidden and lots of cars parked by to road leading to the hotel main entrance.
Metro is about 15-20 minutes walk from hotel. Location is good, nice fruit shop downstairs and some food easily available nearby. Famous garden is just a short walk round the corner. Takes about 20-30 minutes walk to the Pedestrian food street and famous food street Jin Bang.
Room is an apartment with nice bed and bathroom. Water pressure and hot water is good. Washing machine is in the balcony, can dry the cloths after washing, detergent is provided.
TV is also big and air cond is very cold and quiet.
Just need to remember, check in is on the 18th floor, lady working there is super efficient and will add you on WeChat, anything just send her a message and she will help you as soon as possible. Was very efficient during my stay.
Had a trouble with the microwave but was solved immediately the next day, housekeeping is upon request.
Was lucky to have a smoke free room.
Room condition is not new but is average looking without any bad smell or damages, I would rate is good and clean.
Highly recommended for stay with family.
Only little issue is the lift can be very busy and have to wait for quite long during the morning peak hour.
Building looks old but once you go in the apartment it is comfortable and cozy.
Maybe I was lucky to get a nice and clean unit.

PPatrick0707Location-very good as metro station just opposite. 5-10mins walk to Zumiao and Lingnan Tiandi. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby.
Cleanliness- need to make request if prefer to change sheets and need them to clean the mugs,teapot use in room.
Service - excellent service by hotel team, especially Mr. 陈守正，his service is superb,can understand guests needs rights away and provide assistance.
Self-service laundry at 10th floor, Hotel also helps to collect and do laundry for hotel guest.
BUT BEWARE of some UNCIVILISED hotel guests that may STEAL your laundry !!!!!
It happened to me - ROOM 1210 guest stayed on ＜29th Dec 2024＞ from Malaysia, from hotel CCTV, he request hotel to open the machine cleaning our clothes and put in their clothes, and attached their room number on the machine cleaning our laundry.
I considered that is intentional and stealing.
Scary part is hotel will send the laundry follow room number on the sticky note stick on the machine 😓
Luckily i went to collect my laundry earlier than the hotel laundry crew, else our clothes will be GONE !!!

HHeyItsVuiI booked a last minute stay with Sheraton Shunde Hotel as my plan returning to GZ delayed. I find the location is not ideal as firstly it is right in the middle of no where, and there is no convenience stores any near to it. The nearest store is about 400m away which you have to walk past a park that is really dark and feel unsafe at night. Recommending the hotel to have convenience store vendors so that it will be more accessible for guests.
Secondly, the air-conditioning in the room is terrible. Despite setting it to the lowest, the room temperature remains at the same and warm throughout the night. As its only a night and we are too tired, we didn't make any feedback directly on it.
However I will have to compliment on their service staffs especially Mr. Tyler Hou who assisted me on my request and even helped me to place order on his ** app. The other staffs are also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciate their helpfulness and excellent service rendered. Keep it up!
And do take thr River View room as it comes with a small balcony with splendid view! Loving this as a plus point.

I am writing a special bouquet 💐 for the General Manager GM Ms Yuan Yan Hua.
袁燕花 总经理。
Ms Yuan is a very hands on GM of the hotel. When I had some questions for the counter staff, she personally helped the staff to explain further to assure that I get my concerns addressed. She did that respectfully and did not make her staff feel inadequate. I can see that her staff respected her very much.
Ms Yuan, after knowing I am a senior travelling alone, extended to me her WeChat contact so I can get her help in times of need. I did trouble her during my journey in Foshan, and beyond. She even helped me when I was stuck at the immigration of Foshan high speed rail. Thereafter, she arranged the delivery of a parcel from Foshan to Beijing and then be brought back to my home country Singapore.
I cannot thank Ms Yuan enough for extending her kindness way beyond her job scope to a fellow human in times of need and distress.
I would like to congratulate JINJIANG INN for the gem they have in Ms Yuan. She will continue to guide and inspire her team to bring JINJIANG INN to greater heights.

RRalph MxI went there for the second time because of the good experience I had the first time months ago. This time the parking lot was full, it took me 20 minutes to get a parking space, later there was a long line for a bus excursion visitors, they do not have another representative for regular travelers, which was annoying and disappointing.
Later they assigned me a family room, far from my expectations, with toys and camping tend in the room. After my complaint, they changed the room far, far away, just in the corner of the hotel with terrible view and not good moon of the employee. The room looks old and smell to humidity as well that you can see some scratches in the wall and furniture. It was dissapointed experience, they do not have a constant level of service, next time I will look for another option in the area.

Service:
- When we arrived and checked in, the waiter said that the room with a large bed we booked was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children, so we upgraded to a twin room for free;
- The room was equipped with mosquito repellent, which was quite attentive;
- We two adults wanted to play **, and asked the waiter at the booth next to ** if he could take care of our two 4- and 5-year-old babies. We picked them up after playing **, and the waiter agreed without hesitation🤣🥰
- The only thing to be improved is that the staff in the park will not take the initiative to greet tourists. It would be better if they could show more welcome and enthusiasm.
Facilities:
- It is quite diverse, and there are also mobile games for children of different ages. However, my son likes to play adult mobile games, but many of them are 1.2 meters or above, and he is not tall enough. There is nothing I can do about it. He has played adult rides in other parks. The safety requirements here are a bit higher;
- There are things to play, things to fill your stomach, swimming pools, hot springs, cruises, zoos, circus performances, and ice and snow. Although it is small, it has everything you need to play and see. It is not as large as the nearby Changx, and it is of a different grade, but everything is well done. Especially the ice and snow world, which costs 20 yuan per guest to enter, has artificial snow to play with, which is quite a surprise. There is no problem with snowball fights. We went there a week after the Golden Week, and there were not many people, so we had a lot of fun.
Environment: Mainly decorated with imitation wood, there are also many plants around, which feels very natural. I personally like it. I got a little lost at the beginning and had some difficulties finding the toilet. But it was okay after I got familiar with it. It depends on the interests of the children. Ours, playing for two whole days is quite suitable.
