My recent stay with brand new facilities and chic decor that truly impressed me. What stood out was the incorporation of a smart home system, which added a touch of convenience and innovation to the experience. I would definitely recommend this spot to those seeking a stylish stay with modern amenities.

Location is good as near to the big shopping mall, which is only 10-15 mins walking distance to the mall. The hotel is new and room is clean. They even have a robot help to deliver the food to the room which is very interesting and high tech. However, the hotel only has local tv channels in Mandarin. I don't think this is good for international traveler from overseas. They should add some hk tv channels and international tv channels. The breakfast is very nice and good value.

Nice room, very clean, very spacious very modern However, I wanna say that we asked for an extra blanket but the front desk claimed they cannot offer an extra blanket but we can pay extra to get another attached bed, which is kinda trying to rip you off.

It was a very good experience staying in this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. We do not have WeChat pay but we want to make online order for food in the middle of the night when all the food services are closed. There is a staff willing to help us to order and make payment, and I paid him back via alipay.  There are restaurants in the same building that we wanted to try but due to limited time, we didn't try the food in the building.  But it is very convenient to take didi booking and go to places like LingNan World, 10 mins away drive from the hotel. The transport cost is cheap too. 

A very cost-effective hotel with convenient parking, convenient transportation, and complete supporting facilities. There are supermarkets and restaurants and fruit shops downstairs. The service staff is always smiling. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is separated from the wet and dry. The toiletries are high-grade, and the sheets are covered. Clean with towels. The space is relatively large, the lighting is good, the sound insulation is good, and it feels like home. The breakfast is okay and nutritious. It was a great staying experience.

Stay 2 night & the room is clean & cozy. Accessible to nearest Metro rail by 10 mins walk. Take 70 mins from hotel to shopping centre . Enjoyed the self -help laundry service very much that was an important Pont I come again in future. Staff were very professional, particularly Mr Simon who kindly help us reserve the fre-of-chargec shuttle from hotel to Railway upon.our departure. This hotel was an excellent place worthy your stay.

To sum up, it is recommended to avoid lightning when renovating in stores!!! Let's talk about the good things first: the room is clean and tidy, and the Xiaomi smart home is sensitive. Let's talk about the bad things: at more than ten o'clock in the morning, someone was renovating with an electric drill upstairs, and the sound was so loud that it seemed like drilling next to my ear. You can watch the video. First, I checked in at 12:30 and needed to rest. On weekends, they started drilling at more than ten o'clock, which was a very bad experience. Second, if the room facing the upstairs needs to be renovated, should this location be avoided when allocating rooms? Or should I take the initiative to explain it when checking in? I don't know anything, and I didn't see this reminder card until I got up in the morning. Third, there are also problems with the front desk service. They speak officially and superficially. When I checked in, I said I wanted to delay check-out until 2 o'clock, and said I would apply to the leader, but there was no notification. I worked until more than four o'clock and there was no reply. I didn't know what time to set the alarm. It seems that electric drills don't need alarms in the morning, right? Fourth, I called to report the problem with the electric drill in the morning, and they told me ”I will verify it with the engineering department.” Do I need you to verify it? It's so loud that you can't hear it on the phone? I need you to solve it. Then drill it as you should. It feels like a complete perfunctory check. What is the result of the verification? It's useless.

The front desk service is very friendly and helpful. They offered free luggage storage while we were away for a three days trip. The hotel shuttle bus was very accommodating too. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and healthy. Our overall stay was pleasantly warm! We will definitely come back again!

The new decoration of the hotel is very good overall. The room is clean and tidy. It is also equipped with Xiaodu. The intelligent facilities are very convenient and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk staff is considerate and the location is excellent with complete surrounding facilities. Highly recommend to everyone, will come again next time

A very good stay experience. I wanted to give a good review for a long time, but I forgot to give it a review when I came back. No matter how late tonight I will leave a review. The surrounding transportation is convenient and the stay is quite comfortable. I checked in very late that day and I was hungry. The front desk introduced me to an antique evening tea place nearby, which was open very late. My parents and I also had dinner! Overall, very good!
