Hotel di Qinghui Garden Resort/Shunde OCT Harbour Plus, Foshan

Check in and out was fast. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Good location. Bedroom was clean. Daily breakfast were of good varieties. Simple porridge for supper every night. We stayed 3 nights.

The hotel is beside a theme park and a big shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable and complete. They also provide free drinks in the mini bar. Breakfast is more than complete. It is one of the best in china.

It is a nice and clean hotel. I booked a king bed room and they gave us twin bed. I told the receptionist and she changed the room. Then I found no refrigerator in our room whereas the room type I paid is deluxe with refrigerator. The receptionist told me all their rooms are not coming with refrigerstor. I showed her the proof of my ooking. Finally she arranged a desk top refrigerator which we aporeciate that. I suggested the hotel to check with the booking agencies to make clear list of amenities for different types of room.

The hotel is nice and clean. I was impressed with their service especially Eva and Eric. Since the hotel is newly opened in 2023, the decor is very nice with contemporaly chinese designs. I also love when the robot delivered the water bottles to our room. I will definitely stay there again.

It is located at the entrance of Huagai Road Food Street. The location is very good. The storefront is small, but there is a different world after entering. I am particularly satisfied with the floor height. I feel that it is enough to make a LOFT. It is said that it was converted from the former post office dormitory. Each room is quite large and it is not cramped at all to live in it. This time, by chance, I stayed in three different room types, and each one was satisfactory. On the last day, I stayed in the room type by the pond on the first floor. Open the balcony door, and the children can feed the fish directly. In the afternoon, I sat there and watched the koi. It was very leisurely. I often saw people coming to the yard to check in, take pictures, and drink afternoon tea. If there is anything I am not satisfied with, it is that I occasionally encounter people smoking, but after all, it is outdoors, so there is nothing to say. The breakfast is semi-self-service. My teammates had delicious rice noodle rolls and noodles on the first day, but they were unwilling to go out to try other stores. Later, I chatted with the aunt in charge of the kitchen and learned that she had bought the vermicelli from the nearby vegetable market early in the morning and processed it herself. She also told me the specific location and said that I could take it away. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. Every day when we meet different people, they will say hello. Knowing that we want to watch the lion dance, WeChat pushes many places. The laundry service is also unexpected. Every day, we take the clothes to the front desk and they are delivered to the room in the afternoon. After having children, it is basically a five-star hotel, but this experience has rekindled my enthusiasm for homestays. It is a different experience and I feel like I am home every day. I have recommended friends in Shunde to stay here.

The location is quite convenient, about seven or eight minutes away from the subway station, and 20 to 30 minutes walk from Qinghui Garden. It is quite far from Foshan Ancestral Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, and it takes an hour by subway. There are not many food nearby. The hotel is very new and the facilities are also very good. The service staff are very good and helped me to send a breakfast, which tasted very good. There is also a late check-out. Any problems will be solved in time. Well, the aunt did not replenish towels on the last day. The room is quite large, but the window is very small and can only be opened a little bit. Uh, the ventilation is not very good. Then there are free washing machines and dryers, which is great. Overall, I still recommend this Atour.

The children like the room design very much. The facilities are basically smart and the hygiene is also good. But there is one thing that needs to be improved. There is a window facing the child's bed, but there is no curtain. It is okay during the day, but the light outside is too bright at night, facing the child. The front desk gave some cardboard and bags, and I covered them with transparent tape myself. The soundproofing in the room is really bad. The room next door is noisy at night and the road next to it is noisy during the day. The girl with long curly hair at the front desk had a really bad attitude. She ignored me when I asked questions. I didn't know how to use the water boiler in the room, but she said there was none when I asked her for some hot water to make instant noodles. Later I asked the cleaning lady to help me.

Very good hotel! The environment and hygiene are very good, and the surrounding area is very quiet at night. The front desk also introduced many Shunde specialty foods and private dishes nearby I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Shunde

The location is excellent around popular scenic spots. It may be because of the holidays. It is a bit noisy due to the popularity, and there are defects in the equipment and daily utensils. The mouthwash cup has burn marks, and the TV is not easy to use. The room faces the street and is small. The bathroom is small. The equipment is old. The lobby is stylishly decorated, tall and clean, and the staff has a good service attitude. It would be better if the room decoration and equipment could catch up with the lobby.

The environment is beautiful, pleasant and comfortable. It is a good place to meet friends. It is very close to Fisherman's Wharf. Thanks to the front desk lady for finding the earrings I left behind and sending them to me by express. Thanks to the hotel staff for their warm and thoughtful service!
