The hotel is ok, bed is big, clean and all necessary amenties, they got free drinks (lemon juice, etc) n the lobby. The nearest hotel is xiyao, about 10 min walk, breakfast is included in my hotel booking, food is ok but not the grand type. Overall it is satified

Wonderful experience. The room is big and relatively cheap. The staff was nice and friendly, and even though I got a free breakfast coupon only for 1 person, they let us both have it. Nice city view!

Old hotel, the reception speak Chinese only. Hard to communicate. The room being cleaned up every other day. Not every day. Might not be my hotel choice for next trip in China.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Close to many shops with a big mall just 600m away. The staff are friendly and the rooms are well maintained and clean.

The room had no window, facility such as swimming pool and fitness room is not available; the location is a bit far from the railway station.

不愧是著名酒店品牌維也納國際酒店，設施完備，品質上乘自不必多説。酒店大堂設有免費茶水，烏龍茶和紅茶口感都不錯，商務休閑區、小童娛樂區、移動機器人服務是一大亮點，温馨感滿滿的，餐飲花色品種豐富，口感不錯。美中不足的是房間裏沒有配放衣撐，給前台打電話服務員送到房間。

今次已經是我第二次入住，直通巴士在晚上9:00到步佛山萬達廣場，行大約10分鐘就到酒店，前台小姐好好，帮我們升級(因住2晚)，因我怕煙味，前台小姐即通知噴房間，入房感覺乾淨，房間比較大，下次再住我仍會選擇此酒店

來佛山玩，選了一個地鐵站附近的酒店，超級驚喜～環境：房間很大很暢快衞生：乾淨衞生，維也納連鎖品牌超級ok喔服務：服務特別好，熱情禮貌，滿足客人需求早餐也很不錯呢。來佛山玩推薦這家，性價比一流，位置方便。

這家酒店是我最近發現的一家寶藏酒店，跟周邊酒店對比了一下，感覺價格、裝修、設施啥的都很不錯，性價比高。而且他們前台的服務真的很好，房間允許的情況下總是會給升級，加上房間衞生也很好，很乾凈整潔。早餐也很好吃，種類很多，味道也很好。地理位置也不錯，距離地鐵站就幾分鐘路程，交通挺方便的
