Lovely staff, incredibly helpful! Really clean hotel. Good location Very nice hot water and water pressure. Recommended! Solid place and good value

Must give 11/10 for the staffs working there, their attention to details and customer satisfaction is exemplary! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were offered tea while they register us. They also brought my clothes from the dryer (folded) to our room! There are so many other examples but it would take up the entire review. Hotel is one of the 'smart' hotels with robots running around doing Thier stuff. It's located across from the metro and within walking distance to pedestrian street and other tourist sightseeing. Many restaurants and convience stores are close by as well. Many hotels in China advertise nonsmoking, but don't enforce it which sucks. But Atour does seem to take this seriously, at least we don't smell any smoke. Overall, really enjoy our stay and would highly recommend this location.

New hotel, abit slow for check in process but overall hotel staff are friendly and try their very best to duit any request. Good services. Recommend for stay if you going travel to shun de.

Great location. Hotel in front of DaLiang Zhong Lou train station, Exit A. Attentive customer service. Good breakfast at only 48 Rmb. Free laundry service.

The location is super strategic, metro station opposite and food everywhere surrounding. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff are supper attentive and accommodating to all our needs. Laundry service and small gym is a plus point. The breakfast is high quality with lots of varieties. Would look forward to stay again in future.

服務特別好，一進門就遞過來熱水，非常貼心。房間乾淨整潔，自動充電很是方便。房間鏡子設計合理，化粧穿戴無死角。早餐很豐富，也很好吃，特別是雙皮奶，蒸品就稍微差點。大廳有書吧，可以找到自己喜歡的書帶到房間看。房間外面有平台，很愜意，不過現在時候有點熱，春秋天應該會很美。提一個小的建議，房間電卡可以一直有電，空調是一直開着的，且大廳空調温度有點太低，不太環保。

非常乾淨，我們第一次來順德不熟悉，酒店給我們賓至如歸的感覺。有熱的茶，經理問寒問暖的。房間特別的乾淨，廁所裏面的設備我們很喜歡。洗澡水壓非常的大，洗澡就像按摩一樣。酒店的早餐品種種類繁多，我們都沒有專門出去吃早茶，應有盡有，放暑假我們還會帶着孩子來。

對比了好幾家酒店最終選擇了這家2024年新開的店，原害怕有異味，實際入住沒聞到異味。房間乾淨舒適；地理位置超級便利，地鐵出口步行幾百米就到，步行就可以到達景點和美食街。辦理入住和退房的小哥哥小姐姐很好，問詢美食推薦了我們老牌早午茶店香雲軒味道超絕，此行味蕾超滿足，返程還特地改簽吃完晚餐再趕動車🚄。感謝前台的熱情服務，讓異地來尋找美食的我們很省心很開心。我朋友超愛這家酒店的美食。暖心之處還有：衞生自動馬桶還配備消毒濕紙巾。房間小冰箱軟飲是免費的，讓愛喝水的我不用再通知前台再多送水。感謝酒店可以使用積分升級房型。酒店大堂還有書吧，挑了一兩本填滿空閑時間。個人覺得衞生間不足之處就是花灑的管子安裝有點不人性，不方便手拿使用。感謝酒店前台的用心服務，雖然記不住你們的名字。

很滿意，服務員很熱情，枕頭床舒服入眠快，隔音不錯不吵，茶飲也很好，有免費洗衣烘乾機。健身房很簡單一個跑步機一個自行車一個腹肌。酒店免費停車場🅿️在酒店十字路口斜對面，要開過去調個頭才能進入。

酒店的位置非常nice 去哪裡都很方便 我訂了套房 兩個卧室 方便一家三口出行 但是空調好像是靠近浴室的那間 不是非常製冷 服務：每一位工作人員都非常認真細緻 態度很好 讓人覺得很温暖 百顧小管家有求必應 有問必答 點贊👍 衞生：打掃的很認真 照顧到顧客的需求
