Excellent very friendly warm had good relaxing time

Medium service in every aspect , no laundry service . Regular breakfast A bit run down . Unfavorable price to quality .

Nice and friendly hotel. Basic amenities but the breakfast was very good. Shower was very small and difficult to move around.

Super hotel, food beautiful, room quite small but fabulous view. Only downside is it was quite cold heater not enough to warm the room

Comfortable and clean room, good breakfast and coffee. Smooth check in and check out experience. Fuss free left luggage experience. Hotel located close to town centre and loch front.

The location was good but the service was less than satisfactory. The decor was tacky and the rooms were small. There were no glasses in rooms so we had to drink from coffee mugs. Cleaners did not clean the bathroom or made the bed even when requested. Breakfast did not have enough choice for vegetarians. There seemed to be a sense of cost cutting on every front, from cheap toilet paper to thin towels. We won't be recommending this hotel to our friends.

半夜被癢醒，開燈發現有個小黑蟲在被子上，居然被蟲子咬了12個大包，每個包都至少2平方釐米大，用紙捏了蟲子全是血！ 這個體驗使得行程都受到影響！ 晚餐沒從攜程訂，但附近也不方便去找食，就衹能在酒店點餐，一名女服務員顯得忙不過來的樣子，卻還在和另一店員聊天而不來點單…

地理位置非常好，設施相對簡陋，似90年代的招待所，對面的中餐廳非常好吃，早餐豐富，服務挺好的，英國的酒店習慣問前台拿牙刷。

作為攜程多年的忠實用户，截至目前已消費達幾十萬。此次出行本身很愉快但誰想現實如此糟糕。在英國期間因飲食、天氣等原因突發急性腸胃炎，難受無比無法準時入住酒店。我根據攜程要求提供了就醫憑證、診斷書、服用葯物證明，想取消酒店（取消時間為入住前四天!）可攜程以及酒店方始終不予以辦理取消處理。難道就務必需要我拖着帶病之身入住該酒店才為好嗎?試問我如果在酒店內出什麼事情，是攜程之責任還是酒店之責任還是雙方之責任?!難道使用多年的攜程就是這樣維護客户權益的嗎?難道就是這樣為難一個異國他鄉，身患疾病無法準時入住、出行的同胞嗎?希望所有旅客都能引以為戒!在保護好自身健康的前提下再進行遊玩!也希望各位能謹慎使用攜程，避免我的事情重現大家面前! 以上內容如有虛構，我願負其所有法律責任!

古老的酒店，還算乾淨。外觀優美。熱情洋溢的菲律賓服務員和印度服務員。房間內的床 牀頭櫃、枱子、沙發像我國80年代的產品。家庭房的床還算比其他地方寬一些。（英國大多數酒店的床都是窄小的）
