Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Lee/George Washington Bridge

Ketika saya tiba, stafnya sama sekali TIDAK ramah. Ketika saya bertanya kepadanya, dia sangat pendek, tidak tersenyum, dan tidak pernah menjelaskan fasilitas hotel seperti staf lain di sebelah saya. Saya berada di kamar 319 dengan pemandangan unit HVAC, bak mandi dan kamarnya kotor, lampu di samping tempat tidur tidak memiliki bohlam, perlengkapan mandi rusak, dan makanan restoran hotelnya sangat buruk. Tempat ini perlu renovasi besar-besaran.!!!!

It was nice to stay. I will stay again for my next trip. P.S Can I get the receipt in English?

air conditioner did not work at all with so much noises and we had to change the room. When we talked about this problem, hotel manager did not apologies for any trouble we had. A phone in the room did not work as well. there were hairs in an towel and a sheet and so much dust in the room cabinet. I would not visit this hotel again. it was terrible experience

The service is terrible and there is no enough amenities for the price collected. I will never visit Hilton and use trip.com anymore

The location is not good as it’s at the side of an expressway. It’s a bit dangerous to slow down into the parking lot. There’s nothing else around except a Starbuck with 10min walk alongside the expressway on the grass curb. Also I got stuck in a frozen traffic jam for 30min, which is the only way to leave the hotel. The furniture is old. Doors and floors make noises, hot water smells like swimming pool, and there are scratches on the chair. The air conditioner is confusing, it does not cool for the most of the time, and sometimes run at max cooling after press the buttons randomly. The window can only be opened to a narrow gap, so the room temperature easily goes to 80f even if it’s 72f outdoor. There’s no way to indicate “do not disturb”. The cleaner opened the internal lock with key and tried to force into my room even I had shouted twice “please come later”. Then they never came back to clean my room later.

the hotel name is hilton but the interiors and rooms looks like a 3 star hotel . rooms are big but not very clean . will not suggest this hotel if someone goes their for holidays with family

Als Familie haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und gebucht, da es einen Spabereich und einen Pool haben sollte. Beim buchen hat man uns die Frage erst nach dem einchecken und kompletter Bezahlung gesagt, dass der Pool und der Spabereich nicht aktiv ist. Wir aber die Buchung nicht rückgängig machen können. Die Stornierung würde zusätzlich mehr kosten als die gezahlte Summe. 3 Nächte knapp 1200€ bezahlt und das ohne Frühstück, obwohl bei der Buchung Frühstück inklusive war. Zudem ist es im Hotel sehr laut bedingt dadurch, daß es an der Schnellstraße liegt. Wir hatten selbst in der siebten Etage das Gefühl, dass die Autos durch das Zimmer fahren. Zimmerservice war vom 25.09- 29.09 nur einmal im Zimmer zum säubern und wechseln der Handtücher, und das 1 Tag vor Abreise. Wir hatten aus dem Urlaub Handtücher die wir genutzt haben. Im grossen und ganzen waren die Angestellten zwar freundlich aber nicht hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel nicht mit einem ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen und vor allem nicht, wenn man als Kriterium einen Pool angibt aber für den teuren Preis keinen bekommt. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass die Bewertung für alle ersichtlich ist.

식사는 그저그런정도 교통은 너무 안좋음. 시설는 OK! 그래도 일단 서비스하는 종업원들이 모두 친절하여서 마음에 듬.

非常差。看了評分當時也是咬着牙定的。如果對噪音敏感的千萬不要住這家酒店，空調聲音堪比拖拉機。

房間噪音非常大，外面一直有音樂的聲音，讓人無法入睡，好像是樓下的俱樂部，裝修很老了，看起來很樸素，如果不改進絕對不能再來了
