Loved the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the beach and restaurants. Large rooms with kitchen and living room space. Bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were very dated and not super clean! No staff on property with help and assistance! Housekeeping was very friendly but didn’t speak much English!

If you’re thinking about booking a stay at Soleado, do it! We had an excellent stay. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to stay for a week. Housekeeping comes every day and they were really good at replacing the toilet paper, paper towels and soap when it looked like we were running low. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and/or bars within a short walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here again if planning to come back to the area.

I appreciated the hotel fixing the shower head. There was a lot space, one bedroom apartment. No laundry in the hotel or close by.

The cleaning was really sloppy and the apartment felt dirty, there was stop in the drain in both shower and sink. The place is really worn down and looks better in picture than real life. The floors is so uneven that you get seasick by walking on them. The staff can barely a word of english, everybody speaks spanish. We were missing bed clothing even though we paid for an extra child. The only good thing about this one is that it is close to the beach, but it is really overprized. The pool is freezing cold, the ocean is way warmer. The Ac in the livingroom didn’t work, just made a lot of noise. You can hear your neighbours really clearly. Would not recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights for a quick birthday trip. The hotel is not too big so there’s minimal walking which we loved. The beach is only a block away so there’s no problem finding it or getting to it. There was also a small local grocery store that has reasonably priced items nearby with anything that you’d need in a pinch. The hotel was prompt in sending our check-in information for our room and was kind, offering to assist if we ever did need help with anything. The inside of the room was clean and nice with beach equipment which was such a great surprise! We had a little trouble getting the temperature of the shower right the first night but after we figured it out there was no problem. We loved our stay and will be returning in the future!!

We felt the room was ok. The a/c units were very noisy, the shower was a little disappointing, the sink in the bathroom constantly would not drain
making it impossible to use the sink.
Owners came to sort out the shower and were helpful and friendly. Overall a 6/10
